I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The amenities were excellent and the location was convenient. But what really made my experience memorable was the service from the Manager and the staff. They were friendly, helpful and attentive to my every need. They went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and satisfied. They gave me great recommendations for local attractions, restaurants and shops. They also arranged for shuttle service to the airport. They were truly amazing and I can't thank them enough for their hospitality. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Everything about the property is top. Amazing staff throughout from Ritah, Ray the Manager, etc. Even the cleaning Ladies (they do a hard but grand job and always manage to smile). The bar/kitchen staff are also unbelievably helpful, even the day security guy with his very polished boots and warmest smile despite the heat and sometimes rude patrons! What an amazing experience, please keep it up and be proud of everyone here.

Nothing to dislike really, but local food (one of UG wonders) is missing from the menu and the only available food is a bit overpriced, e.g.chips are almost 5x more expensive than local eateries. A residents' discount could also be a good thing! The Chef (Kenyan Lady) and the staff remain ace though as this isn't their doing.

After a week of misfortunes in Kampala, I was glad to find African Tribe. From the warm welcome reception to the services offered I felt right at home. The hotel is easy to locate and access, has good WIFI, a nice restaurant for meals and for the party lovers, mmh you won't be far from some good spots. Thanks to Rita for taking good care of me and recommending some amazing things to do and thank you Raymond for literally reminding me of home when I needed it the most. I would stay at African Tribe again and again while in Kampala.

I booked the hotel for my parents. one thing that impressed me the most is how professional, friendly and accessible the staff are. The manager Mr. Raymond in particular was very helpful as I coordinated things remotely with him to ensure my parent’s stay was enjoyable. He indeed did everything possible to make it happen! I am very grateful to him and to the hotel! Will definitely recommend African Tribe Suites to my friends 😊

To ensure power on through a generator when power goes off at the facility or in the area. Spending most of the night without power and generator off due to lack of fuel is not good preparation on the management part.

A nice hotel, very green, with lots of plants hanging from walls. Staff pleasant and helpful. Room overall very good and comfortable, hot water, good wifi.

The restaurant on site had a great menu, especially for a vegetarian, but when I came to order all they had was meat, and fries. No water in room on first day.

I liked both the staff Mostly the girl at the reception,she really knows her job well, she's very jolly,lively, social and to add on this ,she is a sweetheartand also the house keepers cleaned my rooms regularly I did enjoy my stay and will recommend my friends to African tribe hotel Thankyou African tribe hotel for your care

This was not the best place, but it was not the worst place. I got a great value for what I paid. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The food and the service at the restaurant was very good also.

The budget room was small. I had to upgrade to larger room. Still a very good value for what I paid.
