Breakfast was so great (the best thing is not having to prepare it yourself) and the staff very welcoming. The swimming pool is long and best wifi is at the bar, which is perfect to work a bit remotely and chill at the same time. Also the Infinity hotel is very well located in the heart of Kampala, just near the ethiopian village on one side, with a more kampalaesque vibe, and the diplomats area on the other, with gentrified places where people who seek that can find good wifi spots, coffee, trendy restaurants and designers and dairy-free stuff :-)

The bed was creaking quite a lot... these pieces of furniture could be replaced or maintained probably. I enjoy a weak wifi signal as it gets me more focused on my writing but for some it can be an inconvenient.

Beautiful atmosphere, great staff, especially the Waitress Lynn and Manager Nathan. They are amazing they made our stay memorable having a first timer in Uganda. I dint have to move with cash on as Room posting is applicable. A soft bed for an anniversary celebration was magical 🙌 Definitely a come back.

The towels are worrying. They seemed to have been used by a whole world but still put at work. Towels from white to cream. For people with sensitive skins it was worrying lucky enough we had moved with our own.

1. Location, set in a somewhat quiet area save for the cars that pass by but the windows are kinda sound proof so that helps to reduce the noise. 2. The meal portions are extremely generous, you can hardly finish a meal in one sitting. 3. The bed was super comfy, felt like home. 4. They provide a kettle, tea bags, sugar, milk in the room. 5. The restaurant in the little garden is refreshing with all the green and bright colored flowers around. 6. The masseuse, Fatumah, is the best. She has dextrous hands. 7. They have a swimming pool as well. 8. Most of the staff have great customer care.

1. First day turning on the shower, the water was rusty brown. Had to let it run for about 7 mins to clear. 2. Early Sunday evening, out of the blue, they decided to test some speakers - very loud music, voice on the mic, despite having guests. The staff who served me in the room also didn't know what was happening. I initially thought they were gearing up for a function and was ready to check-out. It took me raising a complaint for them to say they were testing the equipment and would soon be done.

The front desk staff were warm and accommodating—especially the guy who was in the early morning shift ( sorry I forgot his name ) who helped us with early check-in. The staff are friendly and the manager was very helpful in providing guidance where needed. The food is good and they have an amazing band playing on Saturday. Place is secure and cost is pocket friendly considering its half board.Overall had a good experience as rested while catching up with my friends. Will definitely recommend it.

They need to improve on cleanliness of the rooms especially the floors and fix the broken taps and doors. Add more towels as well

The staff are very friendly and this is very visible right from the reception manager. The location is very convenient near to good restaurants and away from busy Kampala road. The location is perfect and the hotel will even get better as they continue improving on the feedback shared. I would indeed return to stay at Infinity.

Find a way to move some guest rooms away from the kitchen or create a different access. The noise from the Kitchen doesn't enable guests to rest. The gym and spa is perfect. You can add a fitness center it would be perfect. Please try all your staff to ask for "feedback" from guests and not ask for " complaints" asking for feedback is a better approach to engage with your gets so you can get constructive feedback.

I am not a breakfast person , but there was a good choice. /coffee was good . Lunch and dinner was perfect so tasty and really big portions , the bar area was a nice place to chill for the evening . excellent choice of drinks and cocktails I would definately stay at this hotel again .

could have had some more comfortable loungers around the pool area. they could repair the shower tray , the shower doors did not close , and where the silicone had completely worn away the shower tray felt unstable .

Loved the swimming pool and the room was very spacious! The staff were very friendly and breakfast was so good. We even got a free late checkout which was amazing!

The kitchenette had no utilities but when we asked they provided us with some, so it wasn’t an issue for us.

Nice spacey room with fan. Good pool with a nice seating & bar area too. Hearty breakfast. Good value for money. Location is generally good with all sorts of facilities in reach (city center behind congested roads during day, though).

Internet was at times a bit weak.

WE had small studio wich i not expected i speak with person name ALEX very kind person sap he gave me super rom i paid extra 3000 with happy . evry thing is good breakfast super .beautyfull swiming pool & bar
