The breakfast was delicious, and the room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. It’s a great spot for a quiet getaway within the city close enough to everything, but away from the noise. The kitchenette, fridge, and microwave are a great bonus for preparing simple meals or warming up snacks, which helps avoid food waste. also, their checkout time is 12:00pm, which gives you enough time to enjoy the morning. Overall, it offers excellent value for money if you're looking for a five-star experience at an affordable price.

Perfect room very good and staff … everything in the hotel was perfect, only the waste incineration in front of the hotel caused a very bad smell when the windows were open, so unfortunately you had to keep everyone closed tighter very often

The surrounding locations were a bit scary. Not a good walking score. The Mall is within walking distance, but you have to walk thru less favorable areas to get to the mall. Greatfull that our stay was uneventful. LOVELY property

There was no free shuttle to the Mall, so that you dont have to wall thru the less than desirable areas. The people from the surrounding areas coming thru the bushes, onto the road to Mestil, was scary at first. But as we continued to walk, no one bothered us.

The location was great! The rooms were clean and spacious. The facilities were nice and enjoyable:) Breakfast is good. Gym is great!

The rooms were clean but needed updates. They had to shift us after our room flooded late at night and no accommodation for it flooding. The second room was nice but somethings were broken or did not close or kept closing like the bedroom door. The spa is over priced for the experience you get it felt rushed and lacking experience and resources.

Extreemly comfortabel hotel like the best hotels in Europe ! Everything was perfect . After traveling thru Oeganda and sleeping in Lodges and hotels where always something is not working , old , broken, no warm water , or insects keeps you awake half of the night this Mestil Hotel is totally different . It was a great pleasure to feel and experience the cleaness and luxery and eat the fantastic tastful buffet ( 3x a day). We especially thank Anne ( reception) for her kindness and help. This hotel offers more comfort and luxery then every other hotel /resort we stayed in in Oeganda ! ( Some of them where much more expensive) We stayed 2 times in Mestil hotel . First night we stayed in normal room. And we liked it very much but 2 weeks later after our safari trips we stayed two nights in the suit. ( 95m2) Fantastic !!! Worth every euro!

Chris, patrick , Immaculate at the reception were truly amazing, then Rama , mubarak and Alex BOH were good waiters , my cleaners i forgot the name of one happy dark skinned tall guy and yudaya …. swaibah …. list is endless but we did enjoy..

A bit confusing to find your way around and the reception was slow to help on things like laundry, boarding pass printing etc. these are little things but get the right and it makes a big difference

The room was very nice and large, and it had a small kitchenette with a microwave oven and refrigerator, that comes in very handy. The hotel had a very nice gym and swimming pool and the breakfast was excellent.

The locations was complicated. There is only one way in or out, and the traffic in the area is horrible. Difficult to find public transportation. There is a mall almost next door, but because of the road, it takes a good 15 to 20 minutes to walk to it, in horrible conditions.

the description of the rooms on Booking didn't match the reality which caused us some trouble since the booking I made from Booking.com was different from the booking the hotel got .The manager kindly provided for what we booked without extra charges

Dinner was good, fresh and tasty meals. Breakfast was okay, abit slow, kept getting cappuccino which was too hot to drink

wifi was bad in the room. could not work or call home. Staff service was also slow upon check out.
