Amazing breakfast option available. Dhihan and the Omlette station attendant were super nice.

Some restaurant staff need to be careful of backbiting about guests in Lugandan language. Also we were departing very early morning, the front staff suggested to get a packed breakfast but one of the male supervisors at restaurant objected rudely. Later on he obliged. Doesn't harm to be nice and open the restaurant on time at 6am so we could have sit in.

Very Good 3 Star hotel: Food is excellent. simple but spacious room with great shower. Aircon works well. very comfortable bed. International TV programmes, with plenty of sport. Locations is good for local facilities. food cost is low compared to UK. Room has good soundproofing from streets Could be better: wi-fi worked well in reception. not so good in rooms and restaurant. restaurant didn't want to bill adding to my room, they wanted cash. ATM in Mall below hotel. .

Room Wi-Fi needs improving. Luckily purchased 5G SIM for calls/ internet @ Airport upon arrival. Buy a Mi-Fi to share data if travelling in a group.

The suite we stayed in had 2 rooms and both rooms had A/C which was a rare find for Uganda. We enjoyed the daily breakfast with fresh omelets, porridge, local food ect. The staff were friendly and helpful.

We had to ask for towels as they were not in the room when we checked in. Also the shower water did not stay hot for long which was not great for 3 people sharing 1 bathroom. And the electricity would be turned off whenever you're not in the room so the fridge would get hot every time; not ideal for leftovers. And we could hear the noise from the streets pretty much all night long. These were all small inconveniences though.

The location is excellent, nice and central. The food at the restaurant was fantastic and very good portion sizes. As well as variety. And the price of everything was reasonable.

I found the beds a little hard to begin with. Sometimes the quality of the food changed. I had pizza 2 times, first time it was great, second time it was a little burnt. But that might have been because it was busy.

its clean,the staff are very friendly and helpful.The location is dead right in the CBD,so it makes it easy to access most locations in kampala. The rooms also come with quite alot,including a fridge and AC.

The parking is a mess/chaotic and small, if you come with your own private car. However there are parking boys who can help you get a parking spot,but you will have to leave your keys with them. Its safe to leave the keys with them,but then again its abit weird leaving your keys with a stranger

After one night in a room without windows (very stuffy) we changed to a room with windows. This was a much better alternative as the room was bigger, naturally lit and generally more comfortable. The hotel is right in the middle of Kampala and close to restaurants. Rooms are quiet and breakfast was ok but on the first day we arrived for breakfast at 9 30 and the range of choices was quite limited.

The room without windows was stuffy and felt a little depressing.

The location, the size of the room, modern room and bathroom, refrigerator, modern TV, 2 free bottles of water every day + toilettries, delicious breakfast, comfy bed, nice staff. Nothing to complain. We loved the hotel. Our room had a lovely view to a park full of Marabu stork. What a pleasure! Near a LOT of shops/malls and many attractions.

The traffic was very busy because the hotel is situated in the middle of the city center. But we loved it anyway! We don't mind and slept like babies.

Breakfast was very good and a wide variety to choose from. Location was very good as it was in the middle of a town centre. Very pleasant staff and polite. I am going back very soon also would check out the upgraded suite.

The breakfast was always good except for one occasion when the goat's meat (Katoogo) was presented as a stew and was very oily. I do not know the exact professional description, but I was much happier on the occasion when the meat was cooked/braised/grilled without sauce. But generally, the breakfast was good

The lighting is not bright enough in the rooms without windows. I wanted to read as I was lying in bed but it was difficult because there were no bedside lamps and the lighting in the room was not bright enough

The rooms were very clean, and the cleaning staff, especially Janet, were very nice and kind. Breakfasts had plenty of options and the omelets were great. Harold and the other office staff were also helpful as we journeyed in and out while there. The location is very convenient to Central Kampala, with the location in Kooki towers providing access to anything we needed quickly. We always felt safe and secure among the bustle of the city.
