The staff, especially the bellboy, were exceptionally friendly, and the rest of the team was equally welcoming. My friends and I were treated with respect and care throughout our stay. The Elemis body and bath products were an added delight. 😉

The food was a disappointment. I ordered a curry and, while I understand Indian cuisine can be rich with oils and fats like ghee, my dish was swimming in oil. Unfortunately, I couldn’t enjoy it and felt nauseated upon the first bite 🤢😩. It was a chicken dish, yet it was excessively oily, not due to natural fats, and could have benefited from more tomato, coconut milk, or crushed cashews for balance. The dish felt basic and bland, and remaking it isn’t the solution—getting it right the first time matters. I expected more from the kitchen.

High class business hotel, with all amenities possible. Very nice pool. Very nice routines to serve the comfort of the guests. We found a baby cot in the room, as requested. Very supportive and friendly staff.

At arrival the 2nd bathrobe, the 2nd set of slippers and the 2nd set amenity kit were missing, the TV set wasn't working. On request these lacks had been fixed. Hot water for shower takes long time until coming out of the tap. The mini bar at the room offered limited complementary soft drinks, refilled at the 3rd day, however the fruit bowl not. It should be considered this is a hotel mainly occupied by business peoples, so you will find at the breakfast and also around the pool people having their computers with them and business talks. An order for a snack meal (chicken wings with chips) at the pool took almost 1 hour to be served. After departure I realised, I paid the laundry service twice (cash at delivery and in the final bill).

Amazing. Luxury. The spa was incredible with the lovely steam rooms and massage was well worth it. Facilities are more than comfortable. Relaxing. Even tho it’s a large hotel the beautiful gardens bring a peacefulness to the place. The staff are amazing welcoming and cannot do enough for you to feel welcome. Hospitality is incredible. Food is excellent. Had a few local dishes which I really enjoyed.

Very hard to find parking at the hotel. Always full with political events and all their security. The hotel is expensive too, for what you get.

Clean towels, lovely linen, great lighting, big safe, proximity to Jikoni Restaurant which cooks traditional meals.

I was only disappointed that i had to pay more for breakfast. Please make breakfast a part of the deal. Also, the inspection of vehicles at the gate is a nuisance and serves no purpose.

The location, security, and the beautiful greenery around the hotel in the middle of the city were breathtaking ... like you were in a rainforest...

The internet facilities were patchy and not to be relied upon... otherwise there were no disappointments

Friendly and personable service from the staff. Great breakfast. Very green surroundings and close to the EU Delegation offices, where I had meetings.

Breakfast was a bit expensive - would have expected that to be included in the room rate.
