Location is good, room is good, food is good. But most important is customer service is holly bad, such as the person named Arijit Bose, he deceiving me twice!!! Very very bad experience from him, he made hotel level down. He never smile to customers, even people found he is deceive, he has no shame, others staff they are all good all friendly, only this guy Arijit Bose, toooooo much bad experience from him. I don’t understand why hotel boss let this guy contact with customers, he needs to be fired. I’m traveling more that 50 countries and stay more than 500 hotels around the world. it’s my first time meet a person who working in hotel like this.

If the person named Arijit Bose leave this hotel, everything will be great.

To start the staff were amazing, extremely helpful, courteous, and kind when above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that I was happy

The television in the room only had Chinese journals and they promised to fix to give me English-speaking channels, but I never happened. The air conditioning in the living room and in the bedroom never got cold and instead of shooting out hot air there were also no utensils in the hotel room no cups no spoons no plates no microwave.

Newly done up property, Nice rooms, separate sit our area and a small kitchen, clean bathrooms, nice entrance lobby.

Water pressure and temperature of water in the bathroom was not good. Could add more vegetarian options to the breakfast.

Spacious room, responsive staff

Advertised stove and self catering equipment which the room did not have coupled with limited options for cuisine. Excellent Chinese food with limited Indian food options. Snack and Western meals not available.

This hotel is beautiful, clean and exceptional. I wish I had more time staying here. If I ever find myself in Kampala, I will definitely stay here again. The team at the reception, warm and welcoming, the breakfast was great, they allowed us to sleep in and checkout late. You guys have no idea how much my friend and I loved this place. 10/10 recommend.

I loved everything, nothing to complain

I have nothing but praises for my stay. Beautiful hotel, I was awed when I got there, my colleagues too. Beautiful rooms, I got more than my money’s worth, especially if I compare it to other hotels I stayed at that week. Very spacious rooms and every detail has been thought out! I didn’t lack anything. Very friendly staff, all smiles and the breakfast was exceptional. Keep up the good service Meilin! I will definitely be back!
