We were placed at their sister hotel Golf Course Hotel. The staff are very good. Very warm and welcoming and go out of their way to make you comfortable. They have 3 very nice restaurants on the premises, their main attraction is their staff and beautiful views of the golf Course. They also have a mall next door which is very convenient if you need anything during your stay.

The swimming pool was not clean so couldn't be used.

The hotel guests are currently staying at a sister hotel and honestly it's good given the price compared to hotels around Kampala. Would definitely recommend. Plus price was real cheaper compared to the original price of the sister hotel. My guests always requested me to book at Metropole

My guests continue to like the place and they book it every time they come. The golf course view is something that is really a score for this. The staff is really kind nd the breakfast is great. Would definately recommend

The facility could use a reinnovation though. I feel like it would totally upgrade it's stars

The location is so convinient. The breakfast was okay. My guests appreciated. Some improvements needed but overall, it offers good value for the price. Would definately come back.

Rooms were not clean property. Bread crumbs was visible on the old carpet the room smell terrible. The furniture's in the rooms requires desperate attention and the carpets need argent changing

This hotel has been shut down for maintenance. All booking from this hotel is transferred to Golf Course Hotel. NOBODY from the hotel informed me about and I have to figure it out by myself.

Nothing . After a long international arrival my husband and I arrived at the hotel to find it was not operational and closed . Despite having confirmed my booking just a day prior and receiving message from hotel management reminding me that they only accept USD bills no older than 2009 issue. Property had assigned us to their sister property 5min away but accommodation was old and run down.

Everything was poor quality , room service took double the time due to low cooking voltage. We received no apology nor consideration for not alerting us ahead of time regarding the Metropole hotel being closed . Should not be allowed to take bookings and reservations. I have filed a separate note of complaint to Bookinh.com and await response

The property was on renovation and I was not informed. I was taken to partner hotel but it was inconvenience to my travel plan. I should have been told whilst booking.

I should have been informed of the accommodation situation instead of wasting my time and transport to the accommodation
