Great breakfast; good location, although the neighbor can be a little intimidating. The bed is amazing, room is super quiet (I was in the 10° floor). Towels changed daily when used and the new ones were brought sealed in a plastic bag.

Food a bit pricey, but then again, the whole world is nowadays, so.... The neighbor can be a little intimidating, São Paulo is not a safe city to wonder around. Uber is really expensive, but it's closer to the main restaurants at South Zone.

Comfortable for one night. Windows were sound proofed.

I arrived at 3:30pm and my room was not ready. I checked in and receive the response that I had to wait for it. After I stated that check-in was 2pm and I didnt want to wait as it was already 3:30pm, reception started to look for a new room for me. Really? Do I have to say the obvious? If I accepted, then I would have to wait for how long?

The breakfast was amazing. I love the different options that they have. This exceeded my expectations. The staff in the hotel is so helpful with recommendations of places and directions.

a very small detail. The room next door had a family with a kid crying everyday at 8am in the morning and you can heart it because they have the room door open. I suggest the hotel to tell families keep the doors close for respect to the other guest.

The room service, the food (breakfast buffet was amazing!!) and the restaurant staff were all kind and extremely helpful! Really felt well treated and welcomed during our whole stay.

We wanted to check in earlier and didn’t mind paying for a full day. We then sent a request to the hotel but the staff didn’t knew if we would be able to check in 3 hours earlier... Instead, they said that we would be only able to check their availability at the counter in person, and not through email or call inquiry ahead of time. I feel like this is something you’d know by checking the bookings?

the location was nice for a first time to São Paulo. Not knowing where things are and how safe your surroundings are is common for a first visit. The area felt safe and well accessible for ride share pickup/drop offs.

I wish we could have had a better view at the top of the hotel. I would have also like to have a bar available up there too. If this was a service that was already offered I did not know.

Breakfast was very good, the rooms were very clean and the staff helpful.

As soon as I arrived, the doorknob fell down without no reason so I had to call the staff. Also the wifi was not stable all the time and the shower could not be done easily since the height was too small for me and I'm not that tall: 1.83 m.

Breakfast was good, new coffee machines were good. Good variety of fresh fruits, protein, breabs and cakes, fresh juices

Great location and fantastic breakfast . The staff were helpful and nice .

The hotel needs maintenance . The bathrooms were leaking and there was mould everywhere . The flush created quite a noise when flushed .

the location is perfect at the heart of Pinheiros next to the bars etc. The breakfast was also good and the room was good and clean

the air conditioning was loud so we had to turn it off during the night so we could sleep, and they turn of the hot water during night so if you shower around 2am the water is not very hot
