Nice property. They have a room upgrade at the last minute. Himanshu at the reception was very cordial and welcoming and helpful.

As a solo female traveler, I couldn’t have chosen a better hotel. The property is beautiful and spotless, with excellent facilities. The staff are friendly and always ready to help. There is a large outdoor pool and a women-only sauna with a steam bath, which I really appreciated. The food is fantastic — whether it’s the breakfast buffet or the à la carte restaurant. My room was very spacious, with a glass-walled bathroom that comes with a curtain for privacy. I also had a beautiful view of the pool. The staff made sure my preferences were taken into account, arranging the bed type I wanted and giving me a quieter room, which made my stay even more comfortable. Overall, one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had!

I had a wonderful experience during my stay at the hotel. I would like to especially recognize Miss Komal for her outstanding service. She was extremely helpful and attentive to all my needs during the tea and coffee service throughout my stay. Her professionalism, warm attitude, and attention to detail truly made a difference. Thank you, Komal, for your excellent hospitality!

However, I believe the hotel could improve its exterior appearance, especially in the afternoon. The outer areas looked a bit dusty, and some wings seemed non-operational, giving a neglected or overgrown feel. A fresh coat of paint and some maintenance to the outside areas would really enhance the first impression for guests.

Sometimes staff bothered you too much. Difficult to relax because always getting phone calls and people knocking on the door asking about the stay

They upgraded us the rooms are quite spacious. The property has all the amenities like swimming pool three restaurants with a wide variety of choices to eat. The staff were very courteous especially the people from housekeeping and the restaurant , except for the morning staff there were two ladies who were really trying to be bossy in the reception area. They had done beautiful decoration in our rooms every day when we return back, which was very touchy.

Everything was wonderful The receptionists for the morning time who who was settling down my bill were really bossy and commanding that I didn’t like, I think the staff was a newly appointed and she was forcing me to write down the review after opening my app in my phone. I pointed out her aggressive behaviour and also said that I can’t open because I am getting late for my airport, ( this was one of the weirdest experience ) , apart from that all the staff are very good, only one key card was active at one point of time. I asked for another card but one of the card was not working so it was little cumbersome apart from that overall experience was good.

Super breakfast. Wide, very wide range of dishes. Clean rooms. Huge, comfortable bed. Buffet dinner we buy extra cost, it was good decission. High standard cooking prevent our eventual problems in trip. We drunk bottled, sealed water offered by hotel in glass bottle to room with no limit, as well celaned tooth this water. We have no problem with stomach.

Noise outside the close window. Too close location of my room to highway. Impossible to sleep well. My colegue got room in different part of building at same floor, it was more quiet, so may you ask in reception desk in advance thanks to this info I write here. Expenisive in compare to same standard in Europe hotel, but safety is the most important.

Radisson is a clean and nice hotel with fantastic staff. The food in the Asian restaurant is fantastic. We have stayed in this hotel many times and normally everything is very good, this time we had some issues.

Our room was in a corridor where it was newly painted and our room smelled of paint. We arrived at 4 PM with a taxi from Jaipur and were really tired and then our room was not ready. We got some tea and cookies while we were waiting but we think it is not ok that the room is not ready as we arrived after check in time. We do not like that there is an add on on all prices in the restaurants.

We stepped out of the airport, weary and disoriented from the long haul flight, and a wave of relief washed over us the moment we saw our driver’s welcoming smile. Though we shared few words, his kindness needed no translation. The gentle, careful way he handled our luggage spoke volumes about his pride and professionalism. The drive to the hotel was a serene, comfortable introduction to the city, allowing us to finally begin to unwind. Check-in was smooth, and though we were impatient in our exhaustion, the staff’s efficiency was a welcome sight. Our tired hearts found an unexpected comfort in the most delightful way: we craved a proper meal and ordered Chicken Biryani for breakfast. Instead of a hesitant "sorry, we can't," we were met with a warm "right away, sir." This "can-do" attitude, this genuine willingness to go the extra mile, defined every interaction with the incredible staff during our stay. Dinner was a masterpiece. The Lamb Chops, perfectly cooked and resting on a bed of creamy mash, complemented by an aromatic Indian sauce, was a meal we will remember for a long time. The Combo Platter was equally delightful. Our room was a sanctuary. It had every single amenity we could have possibly needed, thoughtfully arranged for a truly comfortable stay. That night, we slept like dead logs, utterly enveloped in peace, only to be gently pulled awake by our morning wake-up call. Leaving was bittersweet. As we packed, our only wish was that we had just one more day to bask in the warmth of this amazing hotel. It wasn’t just a place to stay; it was a healing balm for tired travelers. We cannot wait to return.

After spending one night at a hotel in downtown Delhi, we moved to the Radisson Blu Aerocity — and the difference was simply incomparable. From the moment we arrived, everything felt elevated: the service, the comfort, the ambiance — all top-notch. The hotel is modern, elegant, and impeccably maintained. The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable — a true oasis in the middle of busy Delhi. Every detail, from the welcoming staff at check-in to the modern gym with a yoga room, fantastic pool with waterfalls - it all felt cozy and welcoming. The location near the airport is perfect, especially for travelers catching early or late flights, yet the hotel still feels peaceful and relaxing. We couldn’t have chosen a better place to end our trip. Our only regret? That we didn’t stay here from the very beginning!

The only regret is that we couldn't have stayed longer. If we could - we would. This hotel is simply amazing!
