Very nice building and friendly staff

Sometimes staff bothered you too much. Difficult to relax because always getting phone calls and people knocking on the door asking about the stay

Nice property. They have a room upgrade at the last minute. Himanshu at the reception was very cordial and welcoming and helpful.

There are many points to say it was nice. 1. Property location 2. Property cleanliness 3. Area for the room and property 4. Pool facility 5. Room service 6. Staff is very nice and polite 7. Food was very awesome. Mind blowing taste 8. Safe and secure 9. VIP treatment 10. Overall very nice experience 11. On top of all that. Transparent glass for bathroom area, that is really couple friendly and romantic, really loved that. Shoutout to Ms. Sharanya, Ms. Sheetal and Ms. Payal. These girls manages most of the things related to our stay and guide us for small 1-2 things and very kind to us. The occasion for this booking was my marriage anniversary. Lot’s more to say about good things about the property and my experience.

Only 1 thing that is kids play area or games should be there.

The chilling temperature of the lobby, why it has to be so cold was beyond my understanding, we came from a warm guest room to a very cold lobby only to go out to warm outdoor temperature, a perfect recipe for colds. So perhaps this issue needs to be revised. The second issue was the unexpected traffic when trying to access the hotel via car we easily spent 30 minutes in 500 yards distance from the main gate.

free metro shuttle (5mins) + 15min Metro to New Delhi Railway Station is the best combination to explore Delhi as a tourist classic Radisson blu as expected: nice, clean and quiet rooms, good accommodation (e. g. well equipped gym)

while paying by credit card customer is usually asked if he wants to pay in foreign currency or in Indian Rupees. Staff chose foreign currency without asking/showing (we did not see right away), so our whole stay got 6,25% more expensive. Some security staff could have been more friendly edit (one moth later): I really appreciate that the hotel refunded the difference of 6,25% (even it was my fault to not watch out during payment)! Thank you!!

We recently stayed at the Radisson Blu Plaza Hotel in New Delhi, and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. Here's a detailed review of our stay: Dining Experience - NYC Restaurant: We opted for the breakfast and dinner buffet, and it was exceptional. The NYC Restaurant, ranked as the number two restaurant in New Delhi on TripAdvisor, truly lived up to its reputation. The menu varied daily, offering a wide range of dishes including continental, Indian, Italian, and Asian cuisines, along with a variety of desserts. - Happy Hour: Our package included a happy hour at the Savannah Bar, where we enjoyed complimentary drinks and a platter of appetizers. The ambiance was delightful, and both the drinks and food were excellent. Accommodation - Suite: Our suite was spacious, clean, and well-organized. It included a complimentary extra bed, which was a nice touch. The suite featured two TVs, allowing different people to watch different things, and the view from the balcony was lovely. - Bathroom: The bathroom was luxurious, with dual sinks and a full range of complimentary amenities. The shower had excellent water pressure and heated up quickly, which I always appreciate in a hotel. Hotel Facilities - Lobby: The lobby was elegant, featuring a beautiful table of flowers that added a fresh and welcoming atmosphere. - Gym: The gym was the best I've ever used in a hotel, equipped with the latest high-tech equipment. I could even sync my Apple Watch with the treadmill using contactless touch. Service and Hospitality - The staff, from housekeeping to guest relations, were incredibly polite, friendly, and attentive. They took fantastic care of us throughout our stay. The attention to detail and the level of service provided were outstanding. - We were fortunate to be there during Holi, and the Guest Relations team (Shagun and team) organized a wonderful Holi party in the garden by the pool. It included a full bar, food stations, music, and dancing.

We had an incredible stay at the Radisson after a flight cancellation gave us an extra night in Delhi. The service was exceptional, lovely room with a very comfortable bed. We had happy hours drinks that were great with impeccable service and dinner in the Asian restaurant - delicious! The highlight of my stay was a spa treatment though. I decided to try the Indian massage treatment and it was my favourite massage I have had. My masseuse Gunja was very skilled, and made my sore muscles feel so much better. She was really incredible and if I get cancelled again I will be booking again with her! Overall the best hotel in Delhi, we will be back!

We appreciate that breakfast could be prepared for guests leaving early and out of Delhi. There is also a free bag of breads and pastries to go. Hotel is clean. Staff helpful and friendly. In room dining is fast and offered various options in the menu.

This is not within the control of the hotel, but worth sharing, especially those with tight schedules and catching flights. The traffic flow immediately outside of the hotel was almost always jammed. Coming in from a tour from Agra, it took more than two hours from Noida to reach the hotel. On the 2nd day of tour, it took two hours to arrive at the first scheduled place to visit in Delhi from the hotel because of heavy traffic.
