Additionally, the rooms are very outdated, with broken furniture and a strong musty smell. They are in serious need of renovation — something that should have been done a long time ago.

There is free parking in front of hotel and it is safe. Staff were helpful and very nice. We had dinner at the restaurant and it was delicious. The bed is comfortable with firm mattress for back support and curtains were sun blocking as well. The hotel building itself looks outdated.

On the map, it looked like very close to highway exit and entry points. We stayed for only 1 night on the way to Milan. However, it took quite long due to traffic. Hotel shuttle timing is limited as they only run till 3:30 PM to reach city center. Taxi is expensive, 25 Euros while Bus stops are a bit far away. In the end, we decided to skip Verona and just rest at the hotel.

I have been coming to this hotel for the past 4 years - and unfortunatly every year I notice small things that shows the hotel is lacking any improvments, but actually is removing some that come with a 4 start hotel: No more slippers in the room No more shampoo or hair little bottles Fridge is empty and if you want something you have to pay a DEVLIVERY FEE at your room of 10 euros :))) The shower almost always has something broken or not working correctly The price increased slowly a bit over the years but the quality decreases every year

The room was spacious with a comfortable bed. It was clean. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Govanni was very welcoming when we checked in. Perfect free parking. We chose the hotel so its the center for Venice, Sul Garda, Limone and Verona and Bergamo.

The sofa bed was uncomfortable and had a dent in the middle. The staff checked but couldn’t fix it so we had to ask for extra quilts to place it under the sheet. Maybe it’s ok for children since they are not heavy as an adult.

Hotel reception and lobby area has been updated to modernise it but the rooms have not been which meant they looked a little dated and tired. That said the room we had was spacious and the bed was plenty big enough and comfortable. Shower was powerful and always good temperature, at times we were given towels that I would say were no bigger than hand towels to dry with but staff did however replace these when requested. Iron can be made available upon request and we were left with this for our entire stay. Bottled water was provided and replenished in the mini fridge daily.

Distance from Verona centre. I appreciate that the hotel are trying to help guests out by putting on a shuttle service to and from the centre but as the bus is only an 8 seater and is hourly, if the time slot you wanted was full then it meant either getting a public bus ( which was very unreliable as often turned up late or didn’t turn up at all ) or meant you were paying for a taxi which was between 16-18 euros one way depending on time of day. This then meant at times you would be paying 30+ euros just to get to and from the hotel. the bathroom sink didn’t drain and would fill up whenever the tap was run. Bar in reception/lobby area was rarely staffed whenever we wanted to get a drink so this was quite frustrating

This was not our first visit, we are travelling between Austria and France, and this a 'Halfway' for us, going to France and going back to Austria. The price is perfect and the shops of Verona are 'close enough' for us. I've mentioned it before, very competent and friendly staff. Nothing to complain, as long as the price remains the same ;-)

No change required, breakfast for such a prize is 'excellent'. Just keep it like that....

The hotel is placed next to the motorway, at the outskirts of Verona. If you're coming by car, there is a parking lot with plenty of spaces. The first impression when you arrive in the courtyard of the hotel you'll think that it's old, but the interior is the opposite. The reception and the restaurant look great and tidy. All the personnel working at the hotel during my stay were very pleasant and nice with us. The restaurant has great local food and it can be also served in the room. The room was very spacious with beautiful decorations and we really loved it. If you want to travel in the city center of Verona, be sure to make reservations for the night before for the hotel's shuttle bus.

The air conditioning in the room was working, but not enough. Maybe it was clogged or something else.

The hotel is well kept, with lots of free parking and very good breakfast.

The address listed on Booking.com is incorrect and thas we has trouble reaching our destination when we arrived. It is located in an industrial area, with nothing aroud. Afterwards, when we put BW and locality, we found it very easy.

Breakfast was ok, staff was nice and we really appreciated the (outdoor) free parking with security personnel. Made us feel very safe and not worry for our car as we were making a stop. They also gave us a free crib for our baby, the only hotel in Italy to do so, hopefully others follow.

We were very hot in the room and couldn't turn off or lower the heating. For this sadly front office couldn't help us.

As I was traveling by car, this was a perfect spot. There was a lot of free parking space, and not far from attractions, not sure how it would be by public transport. I can recommend the breakfast, coffee was very good with a variety of pastries, hot meals, etc. Staff was also pleasant and helpful. The room was also comfortable and quiet. Close to the hotel, shopping mall, supermarket and other big stores.
