The staff was very helpful and friendly and made sure to help as possible. I really appreciated that the property had a shuttle, as it was far from the centre - it was extremely helpful. The room was clean and well kept and very modern. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Due to a tiring day, we ate in the restaurant but we didn’t particularly enjoy the restaurant. The staff were professionals but the menu lacked variety and was very overpriced. Furthermore, we had some pasta and mentioned it was a bit salty and they said it’s because they boil it in salt water, which yeah obviously, that is what everyone does, not to mention all the other pasta we had all over Italy were never that salty. Overall, the restaurant was disappointing.

The hotel is modern and looks new, the room was spacious and clean, the staff were friendly and helpful. Location was far from the attractions but we had a car and the parking in the hotel was free. We stayed for one night and couldn't check the facilities or the breakfast.

Nothing really, only the shower in the bathroom had black spots between the wall tiles which made it look a bit old and dirty unlike the rest of the bath which looked very clean.

Our time here was great! We were most impressed by the beautiful shower & soaps, which felt like a spa, especially after a long, exhausting day of travel. Our room was refreshingly quiet, allowing for a much-needed good night's sleep. The staff were kind, helpful, and approachable, making our stay hassle-free. The beds were super comfy, and the location was convenient to get to from the train station. Plus, they serve great coffee. It was a perfect stopover during our travels, which gave us the energy boost we needed.

Modern looking and well decorated. Very clean. I loved the room - it was better than in the pictures. The bed is very comfy, the view is great and I loved the elevators as they are very fast. We did not meet many staff but those that we did meet were kind and friendly.

The location is the main “problem” even tho for us it wasn’t really a problem as we had a car. It is also extremely close to the shopping center Adigeo. Also on the day of the check in the room was not ready on time (just couple of minutes later). The only thing I would say the room was lacking is the full sized mirror :)

As expected for an IHG hotel. There is a regular shuttle bus from the hotel to the train station and town centre (very accommodating to our request for a drop off to the train station outside of the published times).

Pool is small- just for cooling down! It is quite far from the centre of Verona- with infrequent public transport links.

The service and attention of the staff was very good.

They didn't have bathrobes and slippers ready. You need to ask them at reception. Shower needs a better cleaning. Tv should be smart and able to connect to netflix or other apps. Some tv channels were not even working.

The hotel is excellent in all aspects and the staff are extremely polite and helpful . No problems with early checkin or late checkout. Very flexible and accommodating

The hotel is truly excellent but the restaurant leaves a lot to be desired. When we arrived at lunchtime, only pizzas or salad were available because of chef absence issues. We ordered 2 pizzas, 2 beers and 2aglasses of wine :bill was €77!!!!! NB it is a separate business activity to the hotel

Brand new business hotel located near the Verona fair and the highway, large free of charge open air parking, excellent food and facilities for conferences, attentive and professional staff.

The Wi-Fi could be improved, the hotel is connected by bus to the train station and city center but buses are not very frequent.

Great facilities, especially the pool and well being area. The staff were extremely friendly and helapful, nothing was too much trouble.

Breakfast was a little over priced for what was available

The beds were super comfy and the shower was amazing after a day of sightseeing. The breakfast was delicious and I really enjoyed our evening meal. it was great to have the free shuttle service.

I wish the pool could have been warmer and it had a sauna 👍
