Excellent selection of food for breakfast the cooked items were hot and fresh and there had been plenty of food. The staff were so amazing and helpful, and the ladies kept the busy food area very clean and tidy. Location was easy to get to off the highway. Only negative thoughts are on the price of $293.00 we paid for one night. We had stayed for one night in May and I believe it only came to around $175 so for the same type of room it is hard to see why such an increase for the exact same accommodation and breakfast.

No improvement needed for the facility or staff, only the cost.

-Pet friendly with no carpeting in room at much lower rate than most hotels that have a charge ($10) - Very clean -Huge parking spaces directly in front of the ground floor rooms. -Medium bar fridge with small freezer unit and microwave made it easy to prep and store our own food in the room. - Larger than average bathroom counter. - Easy location off the highway east of Edmunston. - One free washing machine for guests on site and dryer is $1.50 per 48 minutes.

-Gas is several kilometers away. -Charge for pet even though there is no carpet in the room. - Could use more accessible plugs/ charging stations in the room.

Loved the drive up suites that we had! With 2 dogs, that made it easier to get them in and settled without getting them all hyped up seeing people. The breakfast was below average, the room had scuffs on the baseboards, but them was small fries. It was warm, it was quiet, it was comfortable, it was easy to set the temperature and it was pet friendly (only $11.50 for both dogs), affordable, and lots of space out back for the pets to wander, play and sniff. I'd stay again for sure!

My only feedback would be the breakfast. The eggs were a bit wet and the beans dried out, but I settled for toast and coffee. Not much for gluten free folks either, but maybe I didn't look hard enough.

The property was very close to the trans Canada great location.

My room overall was very clean, but the bathroom toilet bowl left a little bit to be desired. As I was the only person coming into that room, it looked like it had not been cleaned properly. The area where breakfast is served is really not set up well in that there’s no line to go through so people just kind of group of one area and then it’s makes it harder for other people to get around .

Room on first floor with parking by entrance made for easy unloading and reloading the car. Soap, shampoo, conditioner dispensers instead of using little bottles with excessive waste and use of plastic. Right off the highway for easy access. Breakfast included, with hot and cold options.

We didn't see signage on the highway for Days Inn so took wrong exit and had to drive through town. Indications of need for refreshing the room - small holes in wall presumably where pictures once hung, and looks like it needs fresh paint job. Fridge with small freezer would be appreciated - so we can keep our freezer packs frozen. And the ice machine was broken so couldn't use bag of ice instead.

The location ,the staff & grounds perfect for me as I travel through to visit family.

In previous years the breakfast has been wonderful...this time...though...the coffee was not great ...muffins stale....I just left. I also understand the owner wants to put in an off leash area open to everyone... that will RUIN it for me. I worked for Toronto Parks for 28 years & my border collies worked clearing geese. Off leash areas promote irresponsible behavior....and the dog waste & urine odour will not make for pleasant surroundings. Please limit that to guests if you must. Thank you ...I will be back x

The breakfast was basic and good. The hotel in general and the room in particular were clean and well kept. The location was near a highway exit, but in St.-Basile, not Edmundston, but Edmundston is the more recognizable place name. The service people were friendly and bilingual, which is very helpful in northern New Brunswick. Having access to the laundry was very helpful, as we were near the end of our trip.

No complaints at all.

The location was convenient and easy to find. The grounds were pretty and the surroundings quiet. The room was comfortable

The girl at the reception desk was indifferent. We found out that our CAA discount didn't apply because we booked online as we were traveling througth the maritimes. We were told that discount applied only if booked in person or over the phone directly. This is not optimal when people are traveling through and deciding on a stopover as needed. For some reason we had quite a few flies in our room.

The room we had on the second floor was very nice and the access to the room was convenient. Comfortable beds and a nice quiet night's sleep.

Breakfast area was not very appealing and food was exposed to customers that would not follow common sense hygiene around the food area. Staff could not keep up with cleanliness and demand for food. Some tables are located adjacent to food line and accessing the food involved being on top of family trying to eat. We skipped the food all together in favour of a restaurant.

Room was clean, quiet and was able to sleep with the windows open. Breakfast was sufficient and allowed us to have a light breakfast before continuing our drive.

Did not appreciate the smell of the cigarette from the smokers outside when our windows were opened. Room air conditioner was too noisy when sleeping. Should mention to guest prior to booking that there are no elevators to second floor rooms.
