Myself, and my family really enjoyed having the breakfast included the staff who tended to the breakfast area were incredible. They tended to the food quickly. They assisted the guest with extras and it appeared that they enjoyed their job

There were only two that could’ve been better one was that the pool could’ve been a little warm warmer than the temperature it was at and the second was that the front doors looked a little tired they were dirty and the seals around the doors were very worn peeling off. This is a very attractive hotel yet your first impression is that it’s worn down because of these doors.

Great location, right off the highway, and just minutes to shopping, gas and restaurants. There's a Walmart next door if you need anything, as well as a Canadian Tire just a stones throw away, and even a Shoppers Drug Mart. Most things were just minutes away - you can't beat it. The hotel also has ample (free) parking and an exercise room if you feel like stretching out.

The water in the pool was on the cold side. I think someone forgot to turn on the heater. My friend and I stayed in the pool for five to 10 minutes, tops, and then rushed upstairs for a hot shower to warm up. The breakfast was okay, but I didn't like the coffee and I didn't love the eggs. Peameal bacon was a nice touch, but then it wasn't available the next day. Sausages were there the next day, but they were out of sausages when I went to eat.

Beautiful big lobby, breakfast was standard. Room was clean and spacious. Staff were friendly. No carpet in the room was so nice as the floor was clean. Most hotels have carpets in the room that never gets cleaned.

We had reservation for 3 people in a king room with pullout and had to call the front desk as there were no pillows or proper bedding for the pullout. The pullout did not have any bedding on it nor was there a mattress pad, also the bedding provided didn’t fit the pullout. This is a minor detail, however, if a reservation is for 3 people it should have sufficient bedding & towels to accommodate.

Only two negatives about this stay: 1. the fact that they didn’t change the sheets on a daily basis. The beds would be made but when you pull the duvet back there was sand all over the sheets from our kids feet the night before. 2. I asked over the phone months before arrival if we can check in early, because we were arriving from a far, we were told yes no problem, but when we got to the hotel they charged us $25 early check in fee, which wasn’t mentioned on the phone call. So it was either sit in the parking lot for 3hrs and wait or pay the $25.

Breakfast was good, as was the room and bed. All was as can be expected from a typical Best Western hotel. The swimming pool is great, and although we did not use it, there is also a fittness room, all included in the price.

When we arrived the reception told us that our booking (through the booking website) had not come through, and we booked another room, and made payment for it. Fair play on the hotel to make this happen. However, when arriving back home we were nevertheless debited on our credit card, for our initial booking, and we ended up paying twice. This was probably an honest mistake from the hotel, since when contacting the hotel, they reimbursed us (albeit they reimbursed the lower booking.com rate, and not our payment on the day of arrival). Please be aware that these hickups can happen if you book, and check your credit card statements!

Facilities were incredibly clean, roomy and updated. The staff was kind and helpful, and made me feel very welcome. Breakfast looked wonderful, but I was unable to try it due to dietary restrictions. Otherwise, no complaints! Plus, I love that there's a little convenience shop next to the front desk. This came in great handy while travelling as I'm notorious for forgetting little things!

The only room available in my price range was a wheelchair accessible unit. While it was beautiful, I found it to be a bit noisy as it was situated directly in front of the elevator, and the automatic door did not have as flush of a seal around the edges to dampen the noise from the common areas. That said, proximity to the elevator and the smooth threshold through the door entrance ensures that it's easy to get to for anyone in a wheelchair.

Nice new facility - everything new. Breakfast good. Location good: Walmart, Dollarama, banks, Tims, etc all within a few mins walk or a few blocks by car (Original "Downtown" and hiking trails a couple of KM west on Bowes). Hotel close off Highway 400 too. Note that the hotel is "pet friendly" so you are likely to see dogs in the lobby. There are EV chargers out front (Level 2) and a Tesla/NACS high-speed charger (Level 3) a block or two east, on Louisa St (driveway just past the PetroCan/Starbucks, north of Bowes).

Floor lamp in corner of room had only one brightness level - not bright enough!

The size of the disability access room was great! The breakfast foods not only are delicious but changed each day, this is amazing. We brought a picnic and we were allowed to eat it in the dining area. It was a very clean hotel everywhere ! There was a brown male worker, he was absolutely amazing.

The front desk staff, there were 2 women, not as friendly as I would expect. Polite but not welcoming.

The property was very well located and our room was lovely. We heard none of the usual "room noises" from other guests. We upgraded our king room to a king suite for an additional $25 and were glad we did, was nice to have the extra space. The bed was amazingly comfortable and the breakfast was fantastic with lots of cold and hot options.

Very disappointed that the pool was not available to be used during our stay.

I really liked the breakfast. There was a variety of breakfast foods to choose from. It was a good hearty breakfast to start the day. The beverages had variety which was great. Having access to coffee whenever was awesome!

The first morning I had breakfast was good. The second morning was good, but not as good as the first day. The food was just a bit dry, perhaps the heating units were on too high. Other than that, great breakfast choices.
