The room was newly renovated very nice The new windows had a seal unit btoken ant the trim around the new windows inside was missing piece trim. looking out our window the outside building covering had a large gap that would allow water in to exterior on the left side. a loose cable flapped against the wall. I like the room and this items are only to make you aware of these issues. All good

When i went online to book on your website it stated your site did nothave a valid certifucate and maybe be compromised and to back out as not safe. I chose to book on Hotel .com losing mu perks on booking direcf which I did not know. Your website shoukd be made secure to allow your guests to book direct. I tried Google and safari

Bed was comfy! Jacuzzi was just what I needed! Quiet and clean. Room service was good, and the food was delicious!!

I needed a playpen/crib for my baby. I was provided a crib as there were no playpens. The cribs are extremely high, so very safe! However, they are so high I am too short to reach baby and you pretty much have to "drop" baby into it, and crawl right into the crib to get baby out. I would recommend the option of playpens. They are easy and convenient.

Jacuzzi in the room was a welcome bonus after a long drive and days of sitting. Staff were wonderful. Food (and service) was amazing, prices were on par with (or slightly better than) regular restaurants.

This isn’t necessarily a property dislike. But I wish booking.com and the hotels would be more on the same page. We get a discount going through booking.com, but then I often find there is some small price point “not included”. For example, if we had not used booking, parking would have been free. But because a 3rd party was used, parking was $15. Not the end of the world, AND the hotel did have security watching vehicles. So I accept the fee with little issue. It’s just the “here’s the final bill”,,,,, only to find out on site there is something missed. Hotel was great, stay was great, driving into and out of hotel was easy. A pool, on site food and drink options within or just a step away. A perfect “One stop shop” overnight location.

Location , restaurant with a gorgeous view and excellent staff.

The fact that there was nothing complimentary with the price of one’s stay especially with it being Christmas.No breakfast included, nor complimentary hot chocolate to go with the season, not even a free bottle of water in the room.Any extras you had to pay for. Parking at 15.00 per night, a 50.00 incidental charge per night as a just in case? Only one elevator was in operation and the hot tub jets did not function. Disappointed with our stay. The Park Town has done better in the past.

The staff were awesome.The location was excellent.

The new shower was not comfortable for Seniors! We had visitors and we had to visit downstairs! The TV remote was unbelievably hard to use, the coffee machine did not work and it was difficult to figure out how to use it!

Great hotel in the heart of Saskatoon.

Room has an opaque window between the bedroom and the bathroom so if you turn the light on in the bathroom, the bedroom lights up. Not useful in the middle of the night. Lots of sirens at night with ambulances crossing the University bridge.

The Room was wonderful and location was great. We could easily walk to the theatre for our play.

Was very disappointed that parking and breakfast were not included in the price. The coffee supplied in the room was terrible, and the coffee maker was very difficult to use. It did not work right at all.

This hotel has recently become my favorite hotel for staying in downtown Saskatoon. I've not had any complaints. The rooms are clean. The beds are so comfortable. The pool is great. The location along the river is amazing. Its a short walk to downtown shopping. The food in their restaurant is great.

The airport shuttle doesn't run on the weekends.

The property was located a short walk away from the university campus which was convenient for me, and also a short enough walk to the downtown shopping centre. The room was comfortable. The staff were great, helpful and always present when needed. I was able to drop off my suit at the desk for cleaning and had it returned to my room the same day which was very helpful.

There were near constant sirens from ambulance and/or police going on the street next to the hotel. I don’t know if it’s always like this at this location, but it seemed like a bit much. Still, it didn’t wake me up during the night, surprisingly. I guess nothing can be done for it, it’s just the way it is. It was still well worth the visit.

Just a nice place to stay. Rooms, parking, has all the conveniences.

Get rid of those TV remote’s. You have to be a genius to run them. Why they would put those darn things to run a TV, I’ll never know. Meals are all good but expensive.
