For a 2 star hotel, I was happy with my room. More importantly it was clean and the bathroom/toilet was spacious. I booked a bigger room to enjoy the space I wanted altho I travelled solo. They even provide for an ironing board and water dispenser. Many food options around the area.

It really didn't bother me but it's at the point of traffic intersection. Those sensitive to sound may not want to stay here as roads are busy even late at night and early in the morning. But those who can sleep thru noise won't find it an issue

I like the front desk uncle! Very helpful and friendly. Please raise his pay if he is not the owner 🤣 The location is good, near to St Anne church (about 5mins drive), and 大伯公庙 (about 8mins drive). Followed front desk uncle instruction for parking at 大伯公庙, easier 👌🏼👍🏼

No breakfast I think but the location is good, surrounded with lots of makan place, convenience store and banks.

Herm... I would say the toilet floor. Slippery. I think someone mentioned this in their review. I fell in the toilet actually while showering because it was too slippery. Maybe can prepare a simple toilet slipper for the guest, I not sure. Your call, am just suggesting.

Room : bed very comfort, very clean, you need to bring your own toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo and towel. There is a 'kiblat' sign. No fridge however there is a water dispenser (hot and cold water) available nearby on the same floor. iron and ironboard loacted near the waterdispenser. Location : only one mamak restaurant walking distance with nice nasi goreng kampung and beside it there is a fruit shop. very easy to go to aeon, mydin mall using grab. for malay the best place to get food is take a grab and go to Perda. You can google food stall in perda or you can use grab and foodpanda for halal meal.

The room was clean. Bedsheet, pillow sheets, duvet and towels smells fresh, I love it so much. It was not too far from Bukit Mertajam KTM station. There were ample parking spaces for those who drive. There were two Seven Eleven outlets nearby but you need to cross busy roads.

Due to peak season, price was a little high. There was a warning sign about the floor getting slippery when wet, but the floor does get very slippery, no joke, my husband slipped. Not many shops and restaurants were opened too, I believe because of the Chinese New Year holiday.

Very clean hotel, good location surrounded with shops and restaurants. Parking is easy.

No hand soap and toothbrush. Only 1 pair slipper per room, but Watson is across the street.

very limited hotel private car park for guests (hardly 6-10 slots around the hotel compound ) The rests are Paid public car park managed by the efficient Penang city council ..🥺🥺

The location of the hotel is superb! It located in the center of Bukit Mertajam You can find many restaurants near the hotel An excellent place to stay! And the price is just too cost-effective!

Soundproofing very weak Cleanliness are acceptable but it can be better

Hotel room was nice and value for money. Overall cleanliness was ok.

Bathroom need some attention, shower drainage was not great, soap dispenser cover fell off.

Design is good and feels lively

Location too far away from convenience store. No nearby within walking distance.
