Room was very quiet during our stay, midweek. Breakfast was as expected for hotel breakfast. Very clean and nicely laid out. Kept well stocked. Exceptionally friendly staff at checkin and breakfast. For overnight travel, our stay was perfect! New cosmetic improvements to building and rooms was apparently under way, making everything fresh and bright.

Exterior stairs need new treads, which will probably be addressed soon. Exterior lighting was adequate, but with very full car, we did move to park in front of building with a bit more lights and cameras. Could use more outlets for charging, and surface space to hold suitcases.

Price was great and access to nearby Petrified Forest was also great. The breakfast was good and the restaurant next door (Bienvenidos) was convenient and tasty for dinner! Pool was a fun area, staff were very friendly and accommodating, and the room was nice! We were pleasantly surprised. Recommend for a couple nights in Holbrook.

Dust above shower, some visibly broken faucets, my wife fixed the drain plug in the sink, but just needed a little more of a deep clean and touch up paint.

Room was large, clean, bed comfy, Breakfast: Liked the pancakes for a change from waffles. Good coffee, juice, bagel, Please soften the butter!

Shower was weak pressure, low volume (get rid of the water-savers please). Breakfast: eggs are always not quite tasty, sausage average... otherwise good choices.

I really liked that I could park my car in front of my room, the doors had multiple locks, and the staff were super friendly. The staff made my long road trip much more enjoyable. Plus the breakfast selection was fairly decent!

I wish it felt more cleanly. I noticed a wadded up tissue behind the chair in the room and didn’t love that.

Breakfast was great! Staff very nice and helpful. We liked the oversized fridge, which was bigger than any others we have experienced in even more expensive motels.. Even though this is an older facility, it is kept in good order and the bed was surprisingly very comfortable. We would stay here again if we ever come back this way!

Large comfortable room. Appreciated having a couch in the room and soft pillows (rather than plain foam rubber. The breakfast was above expectations with sausage and eggs in addition to "continental" breakfast food.

There was a lack of good restaurants in the area.

Clean and spacious room and comfortable bed. Great location to see the Petrified Forest National Park. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Dog friendly.

They were busy so we waited a while for our room to be ready. But the room was great.

I was thoroughly impressed by cleanliness of everything. The front office area ,parking lot, the building.,the room and bathroom was spotless plus breakfast in the morning.. This will be my overnight stay for all future adventures west from KS.

Value for money. Great location, great staff, nice clean room, multiple breakfast options, perfect pool with cool lighting. Loved it!

Sergio at the Front Desk was great! Very helpful and informative!. He even came to our room and helped get the TV working for us! Not just a "do this" over the phone! Great job! And the "Bienvenidos" Restaurant next door was great!!
