Even though I booked for a pet friendly room, it was never relayed to the hotel through this app., they never received this request. We were upgraded to a pet friendly suite! They were very accomidating and very nice about switching rooms. The staff were very friendly, accomidationg, and knowledgeable. The staff was one of the best we have encountered. Breakfast was hot and delicious, which included eggs, sausage, and gravy. Many other pastries, biscuits, and muffins. One of the best experiences with check-in and listened to what we needed. Very apologetic about never receiving the pet friendly room.

Host was not willing to oblige my request for late checkout , I had 6 rooms , she would only extend checkout for 2 rooms , even after dealing with a frog in 1 room water bug in another room , would still stay again . Common area carpet could use a good cleaning

The breakfast was AMAZING!!! I have made this my personal stay every time I come down for work. It was convenient, quiet, and the staff was phenomenal!!! I enjoy not being bothered and they definitely allowed me selfcare time.

We stayed here after Hurricane Helene. The staff went above and beyond to be accommodating. The location was good, we were commuting back home about 40 miles away and it was easy to access. The breakfast was good every morning, and a good variety. Especially considering the place was full of linemen and other evacuees.

The room was very nice and the lady on staff was so kind and sweet. I truly enjoyed talking with her

I didn't like where the side door into the hotel was. I arrived alone and was too scared to walk that way so I had to go through the front door. For one there are not enough lights back there and it's right by a wooded area. Very unsafe.

The gym equipment was inoperable. There was an elliptical, treadmill and weight cable machine that my SO and I tried to use, but all were down with no mention of it online, at check in or on the door. This was the only issue we had.

Very nice and clean. The gentleman that checked me in was so polite and friendly, he made me feel good about choosing this Comfort Inn. The lady the next morning was so great and friendly, my stay was excellent! Tonight I'm staying at Comfort Inn in Hot Springs AR. It's awesome too! Will be traveling to CA and back, staying at several Comfort Inns along the way. Thank you! Oh, breakfast was very good!

Just the location I was far away from where I needed to be I tried to change to the other comfort in they wouldn't let me

The staff were wonderful! Room and bathroom were clean and smelled clean!! Major plus for me! Kid loved the pool and the gym had enough in it to get a decent workout in.

Beds were not very comfortable.

i have always had a great experience with staff all of them except LISA her personality and professionalism is not appropriate for customer service, I asked if I could have 2 toothbrushes put in my room while I was out and she asked me if there were toothbrushes when I got there? i took the question as being unprofessional and rude bc she then said if they are not there it means the prefer that you come to the desk and get them, how hard was it to add 2 toothbrushes to be added to a room especially after I said I would be out most of the day and will not return until evening. Lisa is RUDE! I’m sure she’ll know exactly who I am if she reads this. I stay there often and she’s the only rude person that I’ve come across. The nightshift guy with the locs should be on days he’s always pleasant.
