This was just a stop over hotel before heading to Chicago airport in the morning. It's about 50 mins from the airport. There's a walmart supercenter next door, which was great for our last-minute buys before heading back to the UK, and checkout is 12 pm. So, there is plenty of time for breakfast, shopping, and then packing! Breakfast was great, eggs, bacon, muffins, cereal, yogurt, bagels etc etc. Coffee, juices, almond milk. Check-in staff were lovely too.

Nothing really, was great for what we needed.

Everything was fine I wish I was able to have breakfast but slept passed the time

Staff was very short handed, I was not told until after we came back from our outing and I had ne new linen or towels. I had to go to the front desk myself and get new towels. I also, couldn't use the phone in my room to call front desk because it didn't work.

We needed a place to stay overnight before our long drive the next day. The hotel was just right for something affordable and comfortable for a single night. The room was spacious, the bathroom clean, and the bed was very cozy. We slept like babies.

I have no complaints, just two suggestions. 1. it would be good to have some tea options, in addition to the instant coffee, in the room 2. an earlier breakfast time would also be useful for the early risers and travelers.

I liked how the lady in the front of the hotel that checked us in was so nice and patient with me trying to see if my payment went smoothly etc and I quite and peaceful it was.

I didn’t like how the light in my bathroom was flickering , when I turned it on . Other then that everything else was fine .

The staff was super friendly the pool was well kept and clean. The room was also well kept in good condition.

The carpet in the room was quite dirty you couldn't see it but I seemed to always have dirt or hair on my feet when I got into bed.

I really appreciated how caring the front desk staff was. Alani was very busy when I came in and she made sure to check on me, even though she was busy with other customers. She was very professional and made sure everyone that she helped felt taken care of!

Very clean room/lobby/breakfast area. The breakfast was good. They actually were cooking the sausage outside on a grill. Very good.

Rooms was dark and smelled slightly of smoke covered up by air freshener even though it is completely non Smoking.

The woman who checked us in was very polite and knowledgeable. I felted very welcomed and safe.

The price! For 1 night it was $312. I stayed at Indiana University Bloomington in campus hotel for that amount for 2 nights.

It was super convenient to the interstate. The staff was very friendly even at 0200 am.

There were no blackout curtains in our room. Not enough nutritious gluten free options at breakfast.

Front desk person was very polite and welcoming. She made our day.... thank you Alainey.

Only problem we had in our room was the bathroom light flickered. My only other suggestion would be to have a night light.
