It doesn't come with the same amenities as a usual hotel, but if all you need is a stylish room in a great location with no fuss, then it's perfect. Good to have a small, but useful gym too.

Can be nosiy being in the main road and at weekends you can hear loud music, but they do supply free ear plugs.

The room is bigger than I expected, and the place is very clean. I stayed there for 7 nights, and they cleaned our room daily, which was really great. There is also a common kitchen area where you can heat food in the microwave (though there are no plates), and free coffee and hot chocolate are available. The front desk staff is responsive and helpful. Additionally, there is a guard on the ground floor, which makes you feel very safe. You can contact the staff using their internal website, so there’s no need to ask for everything via phone or face-to-face.

The room is quite far from the elevator. There are some outside sounds that can enter your room, as well as noises from the neighboring room.

We stayed for 7 days and extended an extra day , our stay was perfect! Great location near restaurants and 7 eleven, many parking options ( paid and free) and the neighborhood is safe and quiet. Rooms are clean , equipped with everything you need , cleaning service is available and great too , Staff is super friendly especially the night shift there’s this guy i forgot his name he is African American with curly hair , he was super friendly and nice , he helped us with check in , parking and the facilities in general. Other staff are great too. highly recommended and the price is very reasonable. we would definitely come back when we are back in LA.

Great 3-night stay at this hotel. Comfortable bed, mattress on the softer side. My room was spacious, and the bathroom is nicely renovated with good lighting. Good pressure in the shower. My room was on the main road, but there's little noise at night—plus the hotel left ear plugs in the room in case of need. If you stay here, you must try Darya restaurant across the road. Fantastic Persian food. I ate there two nights in a row.

Rooms are newly remodeled, very clean and nicely decorated. We have stayed 3 days as family with 2 teenage kids and room size was really good to accommodate us with large luggages. Personnel are very helpful and kind.

Room walls have almost no isolation, we can clearly hear the conversations from next door. We have had a stressful night due to guests in the next room have a noisy “bed activity”. If not with kids we wouldn’t care that much but families planning to stay there bear this risk in their mind. Beside front desk, personnel are very nice and welcoming, I really can’t say anything bad for the hotel beside noises from neighbor rooms.

Clean and safe place. Free cold/hot water mashine.

Lack of parking space in garage. Additional charge for self service laundry room. More explanation for outside parkings and potential fees. Digital scale in the lobby for checking luggage weight will be great.

Very nice location, a short drive from Santa Monica Pier and towards Beverly Hills / Hollywood in the other direction. Grocery store and dining options nearby. Facility was clean and modern, had a slight smell of moisture but it wasn’t unbearable. Had all necessary amenities like a communal kitchen and laundry. Front desk staff were friendly. Parking is available in streets but in case it’s difficult to find, there’s $30/day parking at the facility.

The hotel is very nice, beautifully decorated. The staff was kind and efficient. The location is good, close to stores and places to eat.

The hotel did not have a microwave available to use, which was a problem for me because I needed to heat my baby's bottles. Also not really a problem but a minor inconvenient was that the rooms were accessed via a PIN code, which was not very convenient, because the PIN was a bit big and sometimes an error happened and we had to get a new one.

The hotel is comfy and very clean! good location, you can park at the street in front of the hotel for free at night to 9am.

I booked and prepaid for a room with 2 queen beds but they put me in a room with just one bed. I went back to the front desk and the guys just said the room with 2 beds was not available. after almost 1hr the guys finally put us in a correct room. the front desk was super slow, the guys wasn't looking so well.

the staff was very available and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable. Across the street from a larger sized grocery store which is very convenient.

The only coffee available was an espresso machine in a little kitchenette located on the main floor. I just wish there was a coffee machine or at least a micro wave in the room to heat hot water for coffee or tea. Not enjoyable to have to go to the lobby to get my first cup of coffee.
