Superb hotel - gorgeous room, very generous size, fab decor and clever layout. Spotlessly clean, super comfy bed. Very thoughtful inclusions like a clothing steamer. Pics of the rooms don't do it justice! Very central location. The downstairs bar area is also a funky spot to hang out. It was SUPER fun having our morning coffee delivered by the hotel robot!

The headline here is to consider valet parking if you have mobility issues or the weather is bad. There's no hotel drop off area for arrival, and while the hotel parking station has multiple levels - there is no lift! Only the rooftop level has direct access to the hotel - but it fills up very quickly. My partner has walking issues, and we had to park on a lower level and walk up to the top level, which also requires walking up the actual driving ramps - an additional safety concern.

Loved the Sprinkles (cupcakes) vending machine! Perfect for a convenient sweet treat! The red velvet was delicious, I purchased it twice! It's family friendly and has a self use washer dryer facility in the building. Came in handy after visiting the beach. The staff were all very courteous, friendly and helpful. The hotel room was clean, spacious ( Delux Queen), great atmosphere/decore, and had lots of storage to place our things. No pool or restaurant, but did not miss a bit. Tried wonderful restaurants nearby and a quick drive to Santa Monica Pier/Beach!

Wish the bathroom had two sliding doors to separate the sink from the shower and toilet.

The sparkling newness. The friendly & helpful staff. The big, beautiful ,well lighted, quiet efficient temperature controlled suite and the great bed. A real bargain for Beverly Hills eveni if a bit on the fringe. So comfortable. Modern but still had warmth. Great price for the room. Ask for room 322. Beautiful bar and friendly bartender. Front desk and valet staff lovely. We were having a birthday dessert for granddaughter . Called room service for forks & robot named Beverly brought them up. We all thought that was special & fun!

The cost of self or valet parking. I know parking is a premium, but $51 for self parking and $59 + tip for valet hurts. The breakfast menu limited and server lacked a smile or warmth.

Views from the room were amazing - including the Hollywood sign! It was also nice to have a kitchenette and small dining table.

Location was central for western LA neighborhoods, but there were not many restaurants / establishments in the vicinity within walking distance. Not a big deal for us since we had a car. While the room had ample sleeping space for a group of 4, it was not the best place to linger for long periods. Lastly, it would be nice to have free coffee in the lobby, instead of relying on the in-room machine.

Breakfast was excellent. Everything a little pricier than I am used to pay, but it is LA and the food was very good. The waffles and bacon especially were just like my mom made them. Could use a wider selection on the menu though. The staff also very professional and attentive. Will definitely come back. Thanks!

The menu could have more variety. Would have loved a made to order omelette for instance.

Dirty parking entrance.

The location is walkable to Beverly Hills. The place is very clean, and the furniture is in excellent condition. We booked a king bed suite with a sofa — the sofa is wide and comfortable. There’s a good coffee machine, a clothes steamer, and even a robot that delivers items you may need.

First time staying at this property and really enjoyed it. Great location during my long weekend in LA/Beverly Hills. Room was clean and very comfortable. Friendly staff and I really liked the robot that delivers your morning coffee and breakfast. Would definitely stay here again when I am in the area.

Everything was great

Position very good to arrive in Rodeo Drive walking. Spacious room with fully equipped kitchen. I loved order coffee delivered by Beverly (robot) to understand as it works…very well even if the coffee was horrible. Perfect also the solution of “self parking” in the hotel’s car park.

Outstanding service from friendly staff. There were several, separate issues with the plumbing and on both occasions a maintenance person was sent to the room within five minutes of my calling reception. Richard at reception recommended an interior-facing room which made our whole stay extra comfortable with no noise from traffic. Good size of room and bathroom and very clean.

We had stayed in the Residence Inn by Marriott at South Beach, Miami last year and by comparison this room was a little dull and old-fashioned, but still comfortable. I understand that there is a plan to remodel the rooms.
