I’ve been at this location several times but not enough times to fake a review. every time it’s always the same guy at the front which I’m mad I don’t have his name bc he’s exceeded expectations, but also the guard at night Miguel. These two are great duo… Man for some odd reason this is the least expensive motel 6 so I expected to get the bare minimum . It’s never been bare not even from the start and this location is my to go to spot but both my guy at the front desk and receptionist have a great balance of doing their job and acknowledging me as return. What’s crazy is that before this location I was at a hotel 2 blocks down that charged me more and I had to share a toilet and shower with the other renters and had roaches… What stands out is that it’s always the same guy at the desk, he’s a hard worker. And he’s so personable. He’s the reasons why!!! He’s so great. I forgot to mention I bring my two bad ass chug puppies

Not a damn thing

I can not say enough about the staff. Any issues were quickly addressed and they were very helpful and kind..even gave great recomendations for resturaunts in the area..and there are plenty in walking distance. Very close to the cruise port which was what i was looking for.

There are no real bells and whistles here (if you are looking for that) it is perfect for an overnight stay passing through for a reasonable price though. Some of the guest were a little annoying expecting the Hyatt for motel 6 prices, so there were occasionally very loud people in the loby, but that was no fault of the hotel and agin the staff handled them perfect.

The staff were amazing! Madu went above and beyond to ensure our stay went well! The location was perfect as we were going on a cruise. The room was very clean. The area was impressively quiet. There was even a little convenient store barely a block away!

It's not that I have things I didn't like, this is a budget motel. The building seems older, but they are actively working to improve. The maintenance staff were working on things the entire time we were there. We stayed there the night before our cruise and the night we came back. We were given the same room both times and I am pretty sure in the 9 days between our stay that the room was re-painted! The room was on the smaller side, but that we expected and it was all we needed. This is a budget motel, if you are expecting a 5 star hotel this isn't the place for you. I forgot to take pictures until after I had stripped the bed while we were checking out. But you still get the idea.

It was a easy process that I went through from the point of checking in to checking out. The staff was amazing. I locked myself out my room and your staff easily fix the problem in timely manner. Overall, it was a great experience. I'll stay there again and also recommend friends and families.

I have no complaints.

The accommodations were a bit Spartan, but the motel was very clean and the proprietor friendly and helpful. The location was a short walk to some good downtown eateries and to the waterfront. The bed was comfortable and the shower was excellent!

There were no electrical outlets in the bathroom, so forget that electric shaver!

While booking I didn’t had much expectation. But I booked as it was cheap & had late check-in, and near the location I wanna be. I arrived around 12:30 AM, and he just checked my ID and was given the key. It was smooth. And they had towels, soaps & other basic amenities included.

No breakfast, and no toothpaste

Me and my friend was travelling from New Jersey and didn’t know much about the area, the front desk staff was great and they also gave us morning coffee though it was not included and helped us in all the ways possible. Great place to stay highly recommended.

It was a great stay, there was nothing disappointing

The shower was bomb I didn’t want to get out the room was good for the price everything was clean and the blankets were warm

Good customer service and clean rooms.

The walls are thin you can hear people talking on the lower level. Some people like to talk loud and don't care for others around. The cable was a little slow when use the remote. Parking is bumper to bumper over there.

Madu and his team make this property a lot nicer than it is. They make do with what they have. While some of the interior could be redone like the carpeting and that ice machine would have been nice since it was dead of summer. Madu and his team have 5 star hotel hospitality through and through.
