The staff was amazing! I arrived a bit early, so I asked if they could check me in early. They did not over promise, which I respect, but they said I could come back in an hour to check. When I came back, I was able to check in. It wasn’t much earlier from the normal check in time, but it was early enough to make an impression on me. Thank you for that!! Also, I ended up having a medical emergency in the middle of the night so I went to the ER. After things calmed down a bit and I was able to get a sense that I wasn’t going to be admitted but before I knew for sure when I would leave the ER, I called to let the hotel staff know that I might possibly check out late. I wasn’t sure if I would check out late, but I at least wanted the staff to know. The lady I spoke with offered me an hour grace period with check out. I was so grateful for that. Luckily I did not need the extra hour, but I’m so very grateful for how accommodating the staff was. Thank you so much! If I ever need to stay in the area again, I will choose this location.

What I like about the room was the mattress is super comfortable as well as the pillows. The room has cable the bathroom was some what comfortable.

The hotel room door doesn't properly close, the room floor was super dirty, the window curtain was broken so if you want to close it all the way you could still see a little bit inside. Theirs a mirror close to the window so you someone on the outside can totally see you from the mirror. Also they don't serve free breakfast, no fridge or microwave inside the room.

I was familiar with the area and I needed a hotel close to UCI Chao Cancer center. This was the perfect place, near food, good parking, gas across the street, grocery store is close for any essentials. It was very clean, the bathroom was clean and stocked. The tv worked and had many channels. A little to noisy especially at night. Your near the 405 and some people partying next door but not to bad once you fell asleep. Just put the heater or cooler on and you can't hear the neighbors. It was easy check in and out I booked via booking.com and will use the site again and stay at the same hotel.

Lady at check in was very nice and polite. Room was ready when I got there. Kids enjoyed the pool. I placed the white towel for the floor in the bathroom on the floor and it turned black, the floor was very dirty! I had a non-smoking room but could smell smoke coming through the vents from next door. Decent amount of parking. We we're able to get lots of ice with no issues, would stay again if needed.

Dirty floors, especially the bathroom. Smoking and non-smoking rooms shouldn't be connected. You could smell it through the vents.

Staff is great front desk staff was friendly. Check in was fast very helpful. Room and rate was great good location. Sunny was very helpful and always friendly thank you.

Wish this location had bathtubs in the rooms. Pool is out of service.

They don't have breakfast but are right next to in n out so lunch and dinner choices are looking up. Theres also a grocery store and shoppes in walking distance. Love the staff Sonny, Karen, Gadiel, Suciel. Great customer service keep up the good work.

I didn't like that Everytime I book and reserve a certain room like down stairs smoking I never get it and also the dirt under beds last time I stayed under the mattress was smoke detector and candy hair not min on sheets

I like how professional the people in the office were and how how when I needed an extra towel they didn't have a problem giving me one and the location was great

And I really like how convenient I was able to park right under the room or right right in front of the room and how professional and welcoming the office staff was to my visitors I would definitely recommend you guys to my friends and it was really nice to be able to have a smoking room
