Everything was fine, especially the stat was wonderful. Especially valet staff Roland, Alan and Ashton was so great and helpful. Special thanks to these 3 guys.

1. The parking fee of 60 usd/night was incredibly high. Even in Las Vegas, San Diego and other hotels in LA, I did not pay more than 35 usd. 2. Although the price of the hotel was relatively expensive, they asked further significant amount under the name of resort services, which was never mentioned when I booked the hotel. Now I expect the blocked amount to be released asap.

Location could not be beat, easy walk to the Huntington Beach Pier and a ton of great restaurants. Pool area was fantastic, and the beach is an easy walk across the street. You can check out chairs and an umbrella from the front desk and they were excellent quality, very comfortable. Rooms were spacious and comfortable.

A pipe broke that caused the water to be shut off for most of the afternoon, which was quite annoying but not really the hotel's fault. The onsite restaurant was not very good, and VERY expensive. Thankfully, there are much better options a short walk away. Service at the rooftop bar left a lot to be desired as well.

Loved how clean the room was, loved our location with the view! We had fresh cold water in the fridge when we arrived which was amazimg after a long day of travel. My husband and I felt like VIPs from the moment we stepped foot on the property. The staff were all genuinely kind and we had a WONDWERFUL time. We listened to live music in the lobby, went to the rooftop lounge with live DJ was aweome to dance and have fun. We also rode the complimentary bikes-A-Must-For-Sure! We chilled at the indoor bar area. We will 100% stay here again this summer and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great time.

Only thing I would add would be a bathroom fan.

Pasea is one of my new favorite hotels in the world! I loved this place and I will be back. The people running this hotel are doing an exceptional job and the hotel facilities and rooms are so well appointed and maintained. You will have everything you need here to have a pleasant and memorable stay. I came to Huntington Beach on my own to visit a friend and stayed in a partial sea view room. The people working there were so wonderful and helpful and made sure I felt welcome, comfortable and happy. I stayed in a partial view room unfortunately it was very partial and my view was over the road and valet station. So to see the views I had to go on my balcony and crane my head to the left. To catch the sunset in its full splendor the rooftop bar and the pool deck were superb. I was staying there in November so it was already chilly in the evening and they have little gas heaters everywhere to keep you warm. The rooms are nicely decorated the finishes are on the cheaper side but the ultimate looks is clean and modern, the bed is super comfy and the noise insulation is VERY GOOD. I couldn't hear any road noise or a peep from the neighboring rooms. Normally you can hear the heavy doors closing in a hotel and you don't hear that at all. So if you are a light sleep like me you will get a great night's sleep here. I loved the large walk-in shower and separate toilet. Those are generally key features for me in a nicer hotel bathroom and one of the reasons I chose to stay here, I hate shower tubs and cramped bathrooms. All the food and beverages I had during my stay were delicious and high quality. The breakfast room was excellent and had a menu that will please all tastes, the rooftop bar small plates were divine, and the little convenience shop has a great selection of items from coffee and pastries to fruit cups. They even sell sunscreen, headache tablets, champagne, souvenirs, etc. it's got everything!!

The tea and coffee setup in the room is pretty awful. That is the only complaint I have. It's pretty minor so it didn't impact me that much and I ended up ordering tea down at the restaurant multiple times. The tea service there was wonderful.

The pool and restaurants were nice. We also had a lower floor room and the balcony’s were big and a nice place to enjoy the ocean view.

I just felt the over do it with charging for everything. The room. 60$ parking fee. Then like a 50$ resort fee and other hidden fees. Huntington Beach is not Newport or Laguna and they are trying to charge like they are.

I don’t think there was anything I didn’t like. This hotel goes above and beyond. As soon as we pulled up we were greeted by the staff opening our doors. They helped get our stuff out and up to our room. Each time we came or left they vallet would retrieve our car. Super short walk to the beach and only two blocks from the Main Street with lots of shopping and restaurants. It’s also next door to a fun little shopping center. We ordered breakfast one day and it was the best room service we’ve ever had. Would for sure stay here again.

Nothing

It was of no fault of the staff, my neighbors in the adjoining room extremely loud and woke me up at 3 AM, music yelling, security came right up and talk to them, but as soon as he left, it continued until after 4 AM. I was going to pack up and check out but realizing 3:30 AM is no time to be on the roads, on a Saturday night.

Everything was perfect. Location is prime, view is spectacular from the partial ocean view room, cleaning staff went above and beyond (sometimes twice a day to make sure our room was stellar). Check in was a breeze and everyone was cordial and friendly. Will return for another visit for sure. Kudos to all!!!

All the amenities were superb. Did not meed to leave the hotel for anything. Hotel was walking distance to nearby restaurants And shops.

Not much i didn’t like except the overcharge for room service…I purchased breakfast for one person and that was well over $100. Idk if it was due to the holiday weekend but it was a little over the top

This place was beautiful and it was so clean and nice and all the staff was exceptional.i would most definitely love to come back and stay again and the walk to the beach and the pier was very close
