My family and I enjoyed our stay and will return this year 2024.

The fan in the bathroom didn't work well, the fan didn't vent to good. The door that is between the wall that connects to the other room, I hear the people very clear and they was up very late being loud, my family and I kept waking up. I felt not safe.

I liked how it was near the beach, the complimentary breakfast and the cleanliness of the room.

I believe there should be security walking around making sure no one is disturbing the peace because I was up until 3 am because the people above me were clearly having a room party and throwing things around and stomping around in the room. I’m not a complainer at all but It got to the point where I couldn’t take it anymore and my son wouldn’t go to bed so I had to call in to the front desk to please ask to do something about this situation. Thankfully they did do something about it because I fell asleep 50 minutes after I called it in.

The staff was super courteous and considerate. The facilities were a bit outdated but very clean and comfortable. Parking was complimentary, and ordering room service for our meals was super easy and quick. We didn't get to use it even though we were told it was heated, but the pool area was a nice place to sit and have our coffee.

Like most Wyndham establishments I have stayed in CA, walls are super thin from every corner. Don't expect a quiet stay despite the hotel's best efforts to enforce quiet hours because people don't necessarily have to be loud to be heard. I feel this is where the hotel could benefit from offering ear plugs in every room.

I like the location and the property was clean. I enjoyed the pool and the grounds were beautiful.

There was a repetitive sound that made it hard to fall asleep. Also there were several young adults/teenagers drinking, running, fighting and knocking hard on many doors on our last night there. My friend and I asked them several times to stop knocking and being so loud, due to us having a four hour drive in the morning. After many attempts to reach the front desk with NO answer, we gave up and had a sleepless night.

The staff, the location, clean, generosity. We came in before check-in time and were accommodated. And they allowed us to check-out late. Warm breakfast and comfortable bed. Roll-in shower for my family member with disability Elevator

ADA Room is not very accessible: Carpeted, so it's hard for someone with wheelchair to move around. The bed is very high, so it's to get into Doorways/Entry ways are not wheelchair accessible It they make these changes it's a great place

Close proximity to the beach. Friendly staff when we needed extra blankets and towels came with 5 minutes. Decent restaurant prices.

This is our second stay with your hotel. On both stays it seems as though a lot of young adults are allowed to make reservations, some looked like they were teens, and are outside partying either on the balcony or this time by the vending machines be the pool. One room did get a visit from your manager the next morning because someone complained about the noise the night before. There were 6-8 people in that room and others coming and going all night.

The staff was fantastic. One employee was a bit….odd? Everything and everyone were great. I like this facility and I’ll visit again. My experience was quiet, private, and respectful from all staff. I needed to be away from my roommate that is in remission from a serious cancer issue. I happened to be a little ill so I needed to give him privacy and not put him in a bad possible situation due to my flew or whatever it was. I enjoyed my stay. The service maids were super cool and I just kept the room immaculate because I know these women bust their butts and it was clear that that appreciated it. Super friendly and a good, relaxed atmosphere where I was able to get my work done without interruption. Thank you guys. The room was clean and comfortable. For the surrounding area that’s pretty neat. I’ll be back soon just for the fact that o felt comfortable. Thank you. Much appreciated.

No complaints and the patio was great. One of the front desk employees was kinda off but I’m ok with that. That’s again for me he hreyhhodpitko,

The staff has been extremely helpful and friendly even under the circumstances of myself working to get one of my consultant endeavors into where he needs to be. Can be a bit rough at times but I made it clear that he would use educate and display proper behavior if he was to going to be on this premises. He did ok. It’s not always easy to explain why it’s important to be respectful to not only to this establishment’s customers but anyone we come into contact with. A bit of an uphill battle that did end well. He’ll get there if he follows direction. All staff has been respectful, considerate to privacy and the facility is clean and neat. My work is complete so I am going to stay with you here at the hotel for a couple more days for some leisure and rest. I appreciate the hospitality. Thank you.

Well all the staff has been great. One of the guest service representatives was acting strange. Kind of void but then again I tend to be friendly and that type of energy may not have sat well with him. Weird frequency coming off of him. Which of fine. Today’s a new day and maybe he is in better spirits. I’d rather not say anything negative in regards to this desk clerk but he appears to be angry. Whatever. No sweat. Some people are sicker than others I suppose?

I’ve done quite a bit of traveling for work in the last few years and a few trips randomly just to get some time to myself or with a friend. This was a leisure stay for no reason other than to help a friend in need so we turned it into a fair well to old behaviors. Kind of like a goodbye letter in order to commit to this new life that I know will be a better route. It has been for me so we did our thing without incident or interruptions. This staff is as good as any I’ve experienced and I’ve started in venues from the Hyatt Regency in S.F. The Ritz in O.C. All the way to my he creme dele crème in Western Europe to Costa Rica and beyond. The his stay, the facility and facility really made it clear that they were there for us and willing to be of assistance and service with no question. Great experience. Thank you.

Just my companion getting ready for his new life. It can be rough to show someone what it means to display good educate.

Room was clean , comfortable bed, clean towels . Amazingly they have Dove shampoo & conditioner & lotion ,Very convenient location close to food and not too far from the beach. Staff was very helpful & friendly! Woudl definitely stay there again! Ps the free breakfast was the best part of it all!

The room card didn’t work to open pool but the staff was very helpful & opened the door for us! & provided us with clean pool towels!!
