Hotel is beautiful, beds and pillows are comfy, bedrooms are clean. If you are from Australia, 99% chances are you will not like the food. Breakfast and dinner inside the Westin is just gross, it’s like everything is stale? Over cooked, plastered in sugar, oil.. maybe we are just not a fan of American cooking lol. We stayed for 11 nights. Great location, nice and close to Disneyland and other restaurants. I would stay again, just go elsewhere to eat 🙂

I loved the location, the view, the bathroom was amazing with huge tub. The amenities and bars and restaurants that were on property was amazing. So many different choices. The gym was by far the biggest i've ever seen in a hotel.

We went to the roof top lounge and didn't know until we got up there that reservation is required. We were able to get on a waitlist but i feel if you are staying on property there should be more availability for hotel guests who are already spending a lot to stay or atleast disclose these things at check in so that we could have made a reservation. Also, we ordered room service and it was amazing. However I didn't like that what was on the menu wasn't delivered. It is a very trivial thing but if the menu says wings and fries for example, they should deliver wings and fries rather than just the wings.

Great location, restaurants , rooms and amenities! The rooftop restaurant is the place to be for the Disneyland fireworks. Pool was heated, hot tub was spacious and relaxing- great end of a long day at the adventure parks. Live music in the elegant lobby to enjoy the evening with a cocktail!

We couldn’t quite figure out how to mange the air conditioning- it was blowing cool air regardless of the adjustments we made. We ended up turning it off for the room to warm up.

Everything about our stay at The Westin Anaheim exceeded expectations! We arrived before check-in, and the front desk team was more than happy to check us into our room early. The valet team whisked our luggage to our room so that we could scoot directly to Disney (we had just one day to spend at the park). There are charging ports for EVs in the parking garage which was a plus for us -- the valet team even offered to unplug our car when it reached the charging limit so that we did not need to return from the park for that quick errand (unfortunately, it turns out that a key to our car is needed for this to work, but we really appreciated the offer of assistance!). The hotel location cannot be beat, and the room itself was incredibly comfortable. We would stay again in a heartbeat!

Clean and spacious. The 2 queen room was lovely for parents and two toddlers. Pool and hot tub were very nice. Shower water pressure was strong and hot water didn’t run out like some other hotels. Disneyland is about a 15-18mins average paced walk. We will come back to this hotel in the future. Beds were very comfortable. They give you free bottle waters every day!! That was a nice perk.

Parking is on the expensive side so it would be nice for that to be a lower cost or included for hotel guests. $39/night is steep. It would be even greater if the hotel offered an hourly shuttle to Disneyland! :) the ART shuttle is too hard to navigate and never on time. We bought a 5-day pass but used it to return to the hotel twice. We never caught the shuttle going to Disneyland and it was packed or took too long to arrive at end of day.

The location was excellent. We walked to Disney several times a day. The room was spacious and clean. The amenities are very new and thoughtful. We girls loved the mirrors. Everyone we interacted with were super helpful and friendly. It was also amazing to have a Fleming's on site. We had a celebration dinner there and it was excellent!

The breakfast buffet could be a little more impressive. Also it would be awesome to have some tea kettles in the guest rooms. The beddings could be slightly more premium.

Excellent choices for breakfast - loved the easy Market options. Meals at the Tangerine were also very large - one meal could easily feed 2 people.

Service at the Rooftop Bar was poor - Passport is required for ID to drink. Our Canadian DL's were not sufficient for getting drinks and it was quite the unsatisfactory experience. Plus, we received our food long before any of our drinks were served. When we arrived the restaurant was not busy so there was no reason for the terrible service. It was too bad, because the setting of the restaurant was amazing.

Proximity to Disneyland was wonderful! Market with sandwiches and snacks was great for convenience. Ordered food from the bar area and it was great after late night traveling. ART bus pickup at the front of hotel was very convenient. The hotel itself was clean and amenities were nice. Would definitely recommend and travel with family there again!

The M club area was subpar compared to others we've experienced. For being such a nice hotel we expected at least water bottles or an assortment of popular carbonated beverages (specifically in the evening). We ultimately bought extra water bottles and drinks from the market attached to the hotel.

Our room was amazing. Modern, clean and comfortable. It felt very luxurious! We were surprised that our room had a view of Disney even though we didn't book that view, so we must have been upgraded as a nice gesture. The lobby was gorgeous, the pool was heated, and the hot tub was huge. We loved how close our hotel was to the Disney hotels and downtown Disney. I was able to communicate with their team via texting and they were very fast to reply. We stayed 5 nights but I wish I could live here 😊

No complaints. We had a perfect stay.

Great location. Great helpful staff, clean and great pool and gym.

There were extra charges for everything. Like $75 for early check in. Either the room is ready or its not. I felt this was a way to get more money out of you. Check in was at 3 pm, we arrived at 11 am. They asked for $75 if we wanted to check in early. Again either room is ready or its not. There was extra charge for the pool cabanas. They were tapped off. Little things like that. I was not charged for early check in at the end. There was no apple pay at the bar, so we had to pay cash or add to room service. There was however tap and go at the pool restaurant.
