Very friendly staff-explained bus routes, had a DisneyLand area map on the wall you could take a picture of. Maid service EVERY day. Short, vigorous walk to Downtown Disney (and the parks). Bed was comfortable enough. Tile floor, no icky carpet. Very good value. I would absolutely stay here again.

Not sure I would put these in the "didn't like" box because they are a reflection of the price you pay for the room. Not much water pressure in the sink but the shower was fine. Very small bathroom. No breakfast. If you want a plushy, Hilton-style experience, this is not it. If you want a friendly, clean and convenient place to stay that is easy on your wallet, stay here.

Close to both the convention center and Disneyland. The convenience of having everything close by is amazing at this location.

One of the mornings they started electrical work around 7am in the morning right in front of our unit. Wish this could have been set back a hour or two. I think this is a one off situation though so I don't fault them for it. Although there is a bathtub in the unit, it didnt seem like it could be plugged to be use as a bathtub unless i just couldnt figure it out. That was a bit disappointing since a nice soak would have been nice after walking 20k steps during the day haha. Overall the stay was pleasant and the price can't be beaten.

The location is really close to the parks (10-12 min walk), the cofee on the reception is good.

When we arrived we had to pay an extra $100 usd damage deposit fee even tho we already paid the full room amount days before, im currently waiting to see if the Refund will take place after the 10 day check out period wait, at least that is what they told me the couple of times I asked about the refund, on our first day we found a car rag (not ours) on our luggage wich I toke to the reception, I think the cleaning person left it there.

Close to park. Friendly and accomodating staff. Very clean room. Easy worry free experience with check in and check out. Bed was made nicely, washroom always tidy, our stuff was treated with respect in the room. Black out curtains worked perfectly.

Small room. Provided 2in1 shampoo/conditioner rather than separate. Fan in bathroom didn't work well so mirror would fog for a long time after shower. You can hear everything so you will have a hard time if you're a light sleeper.

The staff was nice, check in was easy, and my room request was granted easily. And I actually got a great night sleep the bed was super comfy. The room was pretty run down, but it was clean and quiet and that's what I care about most. the value was good, and they are only a few mins walk from downtown disney. I'd probably stay here again.

The room looked to be in rough shape, door corners chewed up, that sort of thing and i felt like we were on the literal ground, But the room was clean and the motel was quiet so I really don't have too many complaints. A lot of motels in that area are old and need updating.

+ best place for Disneyland parks. It was about 15 min from Disney Downtown and exactly 21 min walking from the parks. The walking is in Main Street with no homeless and with lights. It’s great. + they let you park the car before check in and check in after you finish at Disney for free + parking after checkout is 15$ (17.55$ after tax) which is still not 35$ at Disneyland + ice machine, pool, plenty of parking and 24/7 office.

Good value. Nice staff. Bathroom had nice amenities including makeup remover pads. Love that they do not charge extra for parking and can leave car after checkout to visit the parks before leaving late. We have stayed in the other hotels neighboring this one and the Discovery is a better value by comparison. No breakfast but we didn’t like the other hotel offerings in the past. For sleeping and location I would stay here again.

Dated but clean. There was a new Tv with plastic still on it but no working remote. lol

Fantastic location, friendly staff, room was clean and comfortable with fridge and great TV. Tea/coffee provided in lobby in the morning. Free, convenient parking!

Bathroom is a little dated (but very clean) and a kettle would be nice to have in the rooms so I could have a tea coffee at night. I had my own milk and tea bags. I think other people would like the ability to make a drink even if they have to buy their own tea/coffee elsewhere.

Upon arrival the guy at the front desk upgraded us to a 2 bed suite , since we needed easy ramp/elevator access. There was a. Parking spot was right in front of the room so it very easy to load and on load are stuff. The housekeeping lady was very friendly and helpful. Easy walk to and from downtown Disney. Will definitely come back to stay here.

Bathroom sink wouldn’t drain the water easily, but everything else was in very good shape and pretty clean.

Location was absolutely perfect for going to Disney. Must have thick walls because we could barely hear any other people staying there. The water pressure in the shower was much better than I expected!

Liked having the lights outside at night for safety reasons, but the shades covering the windows didn’t block enough of the light when trying to sleep.
