The breakfast was decent, with a good selection of food and drinks. It was definitely great for getting the day started before Disneyland. The staff was very super friendly and helpful. The room was nice and big and had everything that you needed. It was comfortable for our visit to Disneyland.

The carpets in the room felt dirty- but that's from guests all walking in and out with their shoes on. Other than that, the room was very clean and comfortable.

Location is a stone’s throw from the Disney parks, room was spacious and the bed was very comfy, pool is heated and there’s a choice of two hot tubs that both get sun and shade at different parts of the day which was ideal, all the staff from front desk, catering and housekeeping were very friendly and the place is very clean! Breakfast was a good American breakfast with some foods varying from day to day with different American favorites and parking was cheap and easy to use the barriers I can’t find anything to moan about to be fair so I feel a 10/10 stay is fair in this case!

Nothing, for us it was the perfect place to stay

Excellent location, good and reasonable parking fees. Easy to walk to the parks - don’t consider driving to get closer, it really isn’t necessary. The rooms are clean, quite compact and you need to pay extra for a rollout bed which makes the room just for sleeping. However, for visiting the parks and having a place to stay, it was ideal. The breakfast is quite good too considering it’s included. The grounds and pool area are quite good too considering- especially the many topiaries on display. I would recommend this place for anybody spending a few nights in Disneyland.

Can be noisy from other guests - some thin walls. But nothing majorly wrong with this hotel

Location, location, location! This place is not the Ritz but simply perfect for access to Disneyland and the complimentary breakfast is basic but serves its purpose well. The pools were lovely and well maintained and pool towels were provided! The room was spacious and the water pressure in the shower was great! The staff were really friendly and helpful. We did pay extra for upper floor which we think was well worth it and would recommend.

The hotel room didn’t provide a safe which would have been very handy and the air con was quite noisy. Neither of these were showstoppers and should not put anyone off.

Clean property and room, friendly staff. Breakfast every morning was convenient and good.

The beds were a little uncomfortable and made noises when moving around. Pillows were small, and the shower head couldn't be moved, and water pressure was low.

The Location was amazing!! Right across the street from Disney, with an awesome view of the fireworks!! And a short, easy, 10 minute walk to Downtown Disney. Delicious breakfast with many selections to choose from, and good variety from day to day. Clean and comfortable room. Exceptional staff, a manager even came to our room to help us figure out how to work the TV and find the Disney channel! 😃 Overall everything was wonderful!! We would definitely stay here again!! 👍

The only thing that we didn't like was the prices of items in their convenience store. Things were very overpriced. But it was at least nice that they even have a little store.

Options for breakfast worked well for us, simple mix of tasty options, yoghurt with toppings, cereals, fresh fruit, and a selection of hot food and drinks. Hospitality and service throughout our stay was great. Not too far to walk to Disney either and can see the fireworks from the hotel...bonus.

The only thing we didn't like was the smoking and smell of Marijuana especially at a family friendly establishment, appreciating that smoking is very common in the US. Would be great have an assigned area for smoking.

The staff were awesome! We weren’t meant to check in until 4:00pm - we arrived at 10am after a very early flight, I was wondering what we would do all day with such a young little boy who was tired. The lovely lady let us check in as soon as we got there. Little things like this, make the trip so much more enjoyable when you have kids. Also super close to the park!

Toilet didnt flush well :( Also, breakfast had spicy chorizo sausages as their only form of meat- not everyone likes spicy.

Great breakfast, clean and awesome location for both Disney and convention center.

Parking was a nightmare way to many cars people were parking illegally and making it impossible to get in and out. Had issues with getting in and out of the gates with paper pass would be better if you had to use your room key. Parking was so bad and I hated not being able to park close to my room assigned parking might be better.

Awesome location to the Disney parks. Excellent front desk staff. Breakfast was fine. I appreciated that the menu changed each day.
