i am the kind of person who sees a hotel as a place to sleep and shower. it was clean, there was hot water, and it was easy to walk to disneyland every day.

my only complaint is thin walls. honestly, not sure it would be a complaint if the kid next door didn’t have a hobby of screaming from 7 pm to 3 am.

Abby's was in a prime location- across the street from Disneyland parking! Very clean facilities, from the parking lot to the room, we enjoyed a pleasant stay! Our room was spacious and had everything we needed for the weekend . The fridge kept our drinks and leftovers cold, the microwave useful for reheating our food, and the coffee maker a plus to start our day heading to the park. Our commute was exactly 5 minutes by car to Mickey and Friends parking lot! The shower was fantastic! Pressure was very good and water got warm right away. Bed and pillows were super comfy! We will stay again in the future now that we know about this place!

Street traffic was a bit noisy from the speed racers zooming by at night, but that is beyond the hotel's control.

Comfy beds, extremely close to Disney, worth the value for walking, make sure you ask for free parking, what needed to be clean was clean. Take Patella (pretty walk at night with the lights on the palm trees) to Disney Drive. Little make like coffee, shampoo/ cond.

Beds, shower, toilet were clean; however there was very little deep cleaning happening, evidence of dust on the lamps, and in other places. It’s a no frills spot, but best value around Disney. Would be nice to have a map up, or some suggestions on best ways to walk to Disney: google maps took us a route you can’t go. Rooms have a large screen window to open to regulate temp at night which cooled down the room, no AC.

Loved that everything seems new. really like that there was no carpet. Helps everything look cleaner. Its walking distance from the park so I was able to bring the kids back for a break.

There was a red light coming from one of the vents that really creeped me out so i covered it while we used the bathrooms. I'm not sure why that would be there and I didn't want to make a big deal about it in case I was just being paranoid.

They have a small pool for kids/jacuzzi for adult

Location was good with some restaurants nearby. It is within walkable distance to disney parks. Some may find the walk a little longer but we enjoyed the walk. The front desk guys were great. A special mention to Smriti for taking care of our requirements. Robin was welcoming and helping alongside two other people. A good team overall.

The room has the basic facilities only. One suggestion is to keep at least 1 microwave safe utensil, without which the microwave stands useless. The rooms appeared a little dated.

Amazing value. Comfortable beds. Nice hot tub. Across street from great Indian restaurant and a couple other well rated restaurants. Uber to ans from Disney for less than $10. 20 min walk to the Park.

There were some bugs but the mattresses are bed bug protected so they did not have bed bugs, (we checked mattresses due to a one star review) and the fact that my sheets had blood stain and a few pieces of hair (which I don’t care about because I smelled the sheets and they were clean and for the rate I can deal with that), I know from airbnb days I could wash sheets and still see hair, it clings. Bloody sheets shouldn’t have made it into rotation, that was gross. The area next to fridge was in need of a deep clean!! As was bathroom vent. Weak shower water pressure. Musty smell.

The property was conveniently located for Disney. There is a shuttle right across the street for $6 a day. The staff person that helped us was great. Very kind and helpful during our whole visit.

The beds could be a little more comfortable

Everytime we go to Disneyland we stay here! This location has always been very reasonably priced and is right out the back end of Downtown Disney. This is about a 15 minute walk from the hotel, passed the Downtown Disney District Parking, to the back of end of Downtown DIsney where the monorail is. You can take the Monorail into the park if you don't want to walk through Downtown Disney. When I checked in and out, I'm assuming I dealt with the owner. He was well prepared for our arrival so it made our check in literally take just a few minutes. This is not at all a fancy hotel but it is still well equipped and very clean. The guy who checked us in was very polite and I appreciate his great customer service. We will continue to stay here.

In all honesty, everytime we've stayed here there's never been anything to complain about.

Comfortable and clean room. Excellent location - within walking distance to Disney parks and Downtown Disney shops/bars area. Free parking provided and kindly allowed us to leave car on site for a few hours after checkout time. Owner very friendly.

Just be aware that the deposit sum taken is higher than stated on the Booking.com website. Staff member was unfortunately quite rude when queried. (Owner and 2 younger staff members were very pleasant.) It was however returned promptly after we left.
