I love how close the property is to Disneyland and by entering through Downtown Disney it’s quicker then walking around to the front of the park

The only thing I didn’t like was that the washer and dryer were located in the pool area as we were on a two week holiday I had planned to wash our clothes but as the pool closed at 10 we weren’t able to! This really wasn’t a massive issues you wanted to do laundry before going home!

The staff was so friendly and welcoming. Clean and comfortable rooms. While the parking is a little tight, it’s a small lot so wherever you park is close to your room and it’s FREE! Overall, a great place and wonderful value!

I wouldn’t say “didn’t like”, more of suggestions… towel bars and an additional lock on the doors. There should be a towel hook, ring, something next to the sink. Also, a towel bar next to the shower would be nice. There’s a rack, but it’s over the toilet which is not within arm reach when in the shower. A hook on the bathroom door would be another nice addition. Lastly, there was just a deadbolt lock on the door, every other place I’ve stayed always has a second manual lock on the inside. Just a few suggestions that would really knock this place out of the park. Still, the Alamo is a hidden gem and I highly recommend this place!

We loved this spot; we ended up cancelling our other inn reservations and found this one instead. First off, free parking (only one car per reservation). Secondly, it is nice to just walk straight from the car into the room, no need to go through lobbies or walk far. The room had a fridge and microwave, plenty of space, and clean facilities. They do not have breakfest but offer discounts at Denny’s across the street.

We really couldn't find anything we did not like. Oh, my little niece complained about not being able to see the TV from her side of the bed because of the kitchen appliances blocking the TV. It was also double the price of the other spot we stayed at, but it was safe and double the value.

Very easy to find, beautiful buildings & then two lovely queen beds in our room. VERY TIDY. Everything we wanted - we also used the jacuzzi & the pool during the day on our break from Disney. We walked to Downtown every day which was a short 15-20MIN walk & i am a slow walker, but it doesn’t seem like a long walk because you have a lovely view and things to look at the entire time. We LOVED that we could park our car there, for free & had no problem finding a park & even the day we checked out we were allowed to leave the car there while we did our final day of the theme park. They also give you a discount on Denny’s which is next door! Compared to the INN next door it is much nicer!!

Location was awesome, 10-15 walk to Downtown Disney entrance. Bonus - the streets are well lit and beautiful at night, so we never felt unsafe. Motel was perfect, comfortable bed, 24/7 reception, great shower pressure. The room was very clean, quiet and large enough for 2 of us to unpack everything we needed. Loved the big vanity/sink area in the main room, made things a lot easier with 2 people getting ready for early morning Disney starts. Loved that Denny’s and other shops/eateries were next door.

Nothing we didn’t like or couldn’t work with. A kettle and mugs would be nice as an overseas traveller who likes tea but the coffee machine and travel cups worked well.

The location of the property is amazing! It’s so close to Disneyland and we were able to walk in the morning for a short lovely walk and then take a really cheap Lyft back at night. The room was very clean and the layout was really nice for the price where we felt like we had our own little place. I didn’t hear any more noise from neighbors or surrounding sounds than I’ve heard from more expensive hotels. The staff were so incredibly friendly, helpful, and responsive as well. Overall, an amazing experience and we will be back!

The only issue we had was finding a parking spot but that’s not the property’s issue as much as other people staying at the hotel and not pulling into a spot fully or parking crooked. No issue with the property itself!

Alamo has been my go to for nearly ten years. I like the location, the rooms are clean, the staff is friendly, the queen beds are comfortable for the most part

Traveling with family I booked two family suites and a regular queen room. I stayed in 232. The room was spacious but the full size bed in the private room was SO UNCOMFORTABLE. It was hard and the pillows were not the quality as in the other rooms. I got little to no rest and feeling achy all over especially my back. Had this been my first experience I probably would not be back, but since it is not I will continue to stay here but in a regular room.

This hotel clearly made recent upgrades, the room was spacious and beautiful! The location (if you're going to the parks) is nearly unbeatable, we were able to get to the main gate in about 20 min walking! Staff were very friendly and I love that you can text them with questions. Great blackout shades in the room, too. For the price we got, this was phenomenal.

Our only 2 issues: We couldn't leave the car in their lot on the day we departed. So if you're checking out and heading to the parks in the same day, you'll need to find/pay for parking elsewhere. We also didn't love the street noise (we were first floor and facing the street). If this is a concern, highly recommend requesting a room farther from the main road!

-I really liked how clean it was. And the bed was surprisingly really comfy. -Super close to Disneyland which is always a plus. We were able to go to Disney in the AM, walk back to the hotel and rest, then go back to Disneyland for the whole night. -I liked how there were also food spots super close and the Dennys that was 24/7 and we got an extra discount for staying at the Alamo Inn. - Lastly, I would like to thank you so much from the bottom of my heart, making us an exception of refunding us 1 night back as we had to cut our vacation short and go back home due to a medical emergency. The whole staff was very friendly and excellent communication, I appreciate it so much. Thank you!

The only thing was the TV remote was tricky to change channels but not the end of the world!

The staff here were wonderful! We arrived early morning, hoping to spend the day at Disneyland, but we had a car and valuables (laptop) we didn't want to leave in the hot car. The staff were more than happy for us to park the car on site (6hrs before check in), and hold onto a bag for us. This meant we had the flexibility and peace of mind to spend the day at Disneyland, knowing our belongings and rental car were looked after. The walk to the theme parks was an easy 15min. The room itself was comfortable, clean, and had all we needed to make our stay enjoyable.

Our room was right by the vending and ice machines, but honestly, even this wasn't a problem for us.
