Free continental breakfast was great, location was very cool with a nice view of the mountains. Clean hotel

I asked the hotel receptionist for toilet paper, and he said that there was none available in the hotel, and had no remedy to the solution for me. I thought that was pretty crazy. My wife then happened to ask a cleaning lady for a roll and she was kind enough to give us one.

We were pleasantly surprised to find an exceptionally clean, inviting, well-furnished room. Our room was quite large, featured a kitchenette, and multiple furnishings (bench seating by window, nesting table and ottoman, pull-out sofa bed). We really appreciated the large walk-in shower. The dining room was spacious, well-appointed, and naturally lit by wide windows. The breakfast offerings were plentiful and the food delicious (I am extremely picky!). The lobby and dining room were even festively decorated for the holidays. The exercise room featured new equipment and plentiful options for exercise, again remarkably clean. Staff were consistently warm and responsive. The facility was well-maintained. After a snowstorm, the maintenance crew were immediately out front clearing the lot and walks.

The only negative was the choice of music playing in the lobby and dining room. Often it was loud and too aggressive for a hotel promising comfort. The choice of music at times was the only discordant note, especially upon arriving.

Typical hotel breakfast but good.

We asked for an upper floor room when making the reservation and received a reply that the request could be handeled.But at checkin,the front desk had no notice of this request and tried to put us on the first floor..The girl at the counter was able to move us from the first floor to the third floor without any difficulty.

The hotel is good quality that is up-to-date. Clean and comfortable stay. Our bed felt especially comfy - fluffy mattress, bedding, and pillows. Not too soft, but more fluffy than I recall most hotels we've stayed at before. I also liked this hotel for its driving distance to Rocky Mountain NP. It's on the end of Boulder which is a reason why we chose it. Comfortable hotel, versus those closer to the NP.

The card readers (or the cards) were weak. Maybe it was just our cards? We fiddled with the cards in the reader to our room and also the back door from the parking lot for a good 30sec each time we wanted to enter.

This place was grate, have no complaints. The breakfast was great. It’s not just a muffin and a banana. It’s full breakfast and is very good. Jacuzzi was nice and staff was present.

Very few vegan options at breakfast, to those who need them, for example not one dairy alternative, we bought our own plant based milk.

clean, loved the room and porch, loved the size, good breakfast, freindly staff. Loved the laundry services as well.

I would have given it better rating by the internet was not good. None of us could use or computers & complete work even though the signal showed full strength. Even moving to the lobby didnt work and I got dropped in my zoom meetings.

The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the location was quiet. Our room looked out over the hills. Staff was friendly and facilities were clean. Breakfast of eggs, sausage, waffles was good too.

Would have been nice to have some fresh fruit at breakfast - bananas/apples/oranges to grab and go.

Bed was comfortable, restroom facilities were great, view was good for the most part (next to construction site but we could still see the mountains).

Microwave was on a slanted shelf lol a little sketchy, but I loved everything else about the room.
