It was nice clean rooms. Very comfortable. Them offering breakfast is always a winner and having a coffee/ tea/ hot chocolate stations was great. Having a available snacks was nice also. It wasn't far to visit our family. We had a joining too which was nice. Close to everything.

It is hard for a person with a walker for showering, but did just fine. Having a seat to sit on would be nice. You don't realize what they need. Having a hot tub be good or .more of an outdoor yard.

I stayed for 5 nights. I loved it! the breakfast was amazing. something different and delicious everyday. The beds and linens were super cozy. the pool, gym and business area were so great to have and use. The staff were very helpful. a guest had some car trouble, and a staff member went outside and jumped their car. love this property. BE Careful!!! the casino is right across the street- lol!

i felt safe, and comfortable in my room. the set up was perfect for me. i also enjoyed the breakfast. many options, good seating, and the lady working was on top of everything!

the people above me were stomping all night. 😭 my bedroom window was cracked open and i had to have someone come help me close it. there’s no ceiling lights so the room is pretty dim. the american flag out front is torn. & lastly, i loved the option of the salt water pool as we visited another Hampton with one. however, this pool was disgusting. things floating around, towels tossed wherever, and it didn’t look like there was any cameras.

The pool was a little chilly but the kids enjoyed it. It wasn't very busy during our stay so we weren't bothered by others making noise. The staff was very kind and helpful. The room was spotless and smelled very clean. The hallways were clean and so was the lobby and the pool room. We weren't bothered in the morning by housekeeping knocking on the door before check-out time (a huge pet peeve of mine). I liked being able to use the app to check in, choose my room, and control the TV. The digital key did not work on the public entrance doors, unfortunately. The view was great and we had no complaints. We didn't get to have breakfast as we were all pretty tired and slept in until 10am when it ends. I really wish they extended breakfast to 11 am and check out to noon.

Check out time and breakfast hours weren't very convenient. The beds at this Hampton weren't nearly as comfortable as other Hamptons I've stayed at, but still decent.

While the majority of the staff provided great service, Nakecia stood out with her exceptional customer service, she was accommodating to our needs as first time guests at that particular location, as well as her warmth and understanding, especially as a young Black woman, resonated with my family, making our experience all the more comforting. She strongly encouraged my family to come back soon, and we assured her that as long as she is there, we will return.

Sliding door in room, no jacuzzi

The facility was new and clean. Large walk-in shower. Mini-fridge. Staff was helpful. Hot breakfast changed daily (day 1: scrambled eggs and sausage, day 2: cheese omelettes and bacon, day 3: western omelettes and smoked sausage.) Could walk across the street to the casino where there was a bar that served food as well as an express area with different food options. There was an indoor pool and exercise room. Business area had two workstations. Free wifi. Coin operated washer and dryer ($1.50 each) were on 5th floor.

Top outer window pane was broken, as if a bird hit it (room 316). Inner pane seemed intact, but did have blue painters tape all around the perimeter. Somehow three houseflies made it into our room (late November, perhaps the window was more broken that we thought?). Free coffee in lobby had cooled down by the afternoon. No microwave oven. Dominoes and Pizza Hut were each less than 7 miles away, but neither delivered to the hotel. None of these were deal-breakers, but you asked!

This is a very good choice to stay here. Room clean, bathroom excellent, super comfy king bed, clean gym.and indoor pool outstanding, with a lift to help someone with disability in and out of the pool. No life guard on duty. Hot breakfast to great to explain. Every age group will find what they like in the buffet, etc.. Extremely clean the entire time we were there.

From the moment of check in until we left the staff was super friendly and efficient. Even the guy emptying the trash was polite! Breakfast selection was great. Location is awesome.

Parking lot could've been plowed better. There were a lot of spots that were filled in with snow. Also, not many spaces in front of the building, having stayed there previously, we just parked in the back.

Very clean, excellent fitness room with working machines and equipment and clean pool, excellent breakfast selection. Staff was friendly and readily changed our room to a quieter area.

Room 306 had a broken window window with major air leak because sash locks could not be engaged. The television remote would turn off and on but we could not click on any tv channels (perhaps low batteries?). I reported these issues at checkout.

Breakfast was good. It was a nice treat that the hotel also offered a to go bag of food (muffin, apple, and water).

It would have been better if the hotel had a jacuzzi, but it still was a great place and we would stay again if we were in the area.
