I've stayed here a few times. Staff have always seemed like they are multi-tasking. However, they are always friendly. The room was clean and nice. Some trim was broken, but honestly that didn't bother me. I slept on the pull out, it was broken, betting kids jumped on it or something. I always enjoy staying here, but unfortunately, the charge to stay is getting out of my price range.

I guess the amount I'm paying now. I'm sure it's competitive, and fair. But now, getting over my budget for an overnight stay.

The breakfast is superb and the man who runs the breakfast is one of the kindest people we have ever met. It definitely seems like he loves his job and goes above and beyond his role. All of the staff is friendly. The pool is well-maintained. Everything works as it should. This was our second time staying at this hotel and we definitely will be back!

The rooms are a bit outdated and the beds are a little uncomfortable

We liked that i could call at 3pm at check in and get our room number. This alleviated worries about them giving away our room since we needed a late Check in. We loved the daily breakfast buffet and occasional dinner. We thought the room was spacious and it really helped having a full size fridge and dishes and sink and microwave. The kids used the roll out couch bed and had their own TV in the living room. Loved that they had a pool and hot tub that worked.

Didn't like the very long walk to the pool and hot tub. Short cut was going outside in the bad weather. They need to install an enclosed hallway for his short cut. Didn't like that we were scolded for grabbing a danish and coffee 30 minutes before breakfast officially started.

I loved the suites, I liked how big the room was, the staff was very accommodating when my first rooms TV didn't work, the bed was comfy, the shades made the room extra dark, and breakfast was good enough

The TV didnt have a guide and there wasn't one in the room

Room layout was superior! So many extra touches - ceiling fan, quiet ac/heat, well stocked kitchenette, bed was very comfortable, patio off the breakfast area to pool area very special!

Brighton, mi the breakfast was good. Only problem there was the potatoes were not fully cooked.

Bathroom seemed a little dirty around the shower. I understand can't clean everything that thorough all the time but there shouldn't be mold and mildew if things were being cleaned properly.

the male breakfast attendant was coughing and sneezing while preparing food door was open and you could see him wipe his nose with his hands apron had dried dirty food all over it. wiped hands on his clothes and apron which was already dirty. didn’t sanitize tables in between guest.

Everything had the 1 bedroom suite breakfast was amazing big big breakfast

That I only had one burner working on the stove part in my room other then that place was great

The breakfast was amazing. The staff were all so polite. They were all helpful and kind to my children. The location was great. The pool and hot tub were just what we needed.

Nothing everything was great.

Room was clean, well laid out, and convenient location.

The only thing I didn’t like was the cleaning lady knocking on my door at 9:30am when I clearly had my “do not disturb” sign on the door.
