The room was very nice and clean. Staff when we checked in was very friendly.

Clocks in rooms were both blinking as they must have lost electricity at some point. Had to reset time and date on TVs to watch also due to this. The hot tub was out of order, but at least the swimming pool was open. You would think that before a holiday weekend that they would have gotten the hot tub working. When we went down for breakfast, they had someone working on it. Being proactive and getting it done before the weekend is highly recommended in the future.

Our room was very spacious, we were able to store three mountain bikes and an additional roll-away bed and still have room to move around. The beds were comfortable. It is near the interstate and shares a parking lot with another hotel. The fitness room was nice, we didn't see anyone in the pool. The vending machines had a surprising array of sports drinks and other non-typical options. The breakfast area had both a waffle maker and the auto pancake machine that my husband thinks is cool :) Cute country decor in the breakfast area.

The girl over the breakfast was so nice and friendly. She made sure everyone had everything they needed.all the staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable .pool and hot tub was clean and always had plenty of towels. The location was great and quiet, no outside loud noises.

Nothing, we liked everything. We will stay there again.

Comfortable beds, clean, nice hotel staff with exception of rude Cheyenne.

Room had no soap at sink, inadequate toilet tissue. Front desk clerk (Cheyenne) was rude and unaccommodating. For a hotel whose guests are oftentimes very early risers "birders" more breakfast options need to be offered. I think room was overpriced.

The room was cozy and clean. The beds were comfortable. A very nice pool and hot tub. And An overall well put together and yummy breakfast.

The only real complaint I would have and I'm not sure it's a complaint is that the elevator is in the middle of the building. We were on the 3rd floor on on the North side of the building. But stairs are the only thing on that side. 3 flights of stairs. So to take stuff up and down it was kinda a long haul. Not sure If there would even be a way to remedy that but that was the only down side. I would still recommend this hotel.

It was easy to find. There was a big window and had a lot of natural sun light. There was free breakfast and the staff was great both morning and night ones.

There were random stains on the carpet and the chair and the door to the bathroom definitely needed to be changed since it was rusting and random scuffed marks. Also the WiFi wasn’t strong and had to used my data half of the time.

This was my fourth or fifth time to stay here on a three-day, two-night stay in order to view the Sandhill Crane migration on the Platte River. The location is perfect, close to the Fort Kearney State Recreation Area and the Rowe Sanctuary. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the breakfast is way above what you would expect. I hope to see this crew next year around the same time.

The staff was awesome! Despite how late we got in, the person at the front desk was attentive and friendly, and the person working the good breakfast buffet was friendly and outgoing. The bed and furniture in the king suite were comfortable.

There were areas in our room that needed to be dusted, and the pictures in the bathroom had splatters on it (toothpaste?) from previous guests. There were dings and scratches on the walls and on the door in the bathroom.

This was my first stay with County Inn & Suites and it will not be my last. A very neat & clean facility with a friendly & outgoing staff. I will definitely include Country Inn & Suites on my list when needing lodging.

My bathroom could use a few towel bars, as there is no place to hang anything other than the shower curtain rod. Not a deal breaker though.

The pool area was exceptionally located and easy to get to. The breakfast area was bigger and vast variety of items for a free breakfast.

Some of the staff was not friendly and seemed to be too busy or not wanting to be there at all.
