Hotel works well for us, its clean, newly refurbished, can be noisy at night despite signs asking guest to be quiet after 10pm. Still some refurb work still going on, but as we were out for most of the day it did not impact us at all. plenty of places to eat near by, so all in all very pleased with our choice.

Normal Ultra processed food American breakfast, but the same at all hotels. Other guest can be selfish, noisy and enjoy slamming bedroom doors, but again normal

Nice basic breakfast with a choice of cereals, fruit and make your own waffles. Room had a lively decor. Walking paths and restaurants near the motel. fridge with freezer, microwave. Remodeled in the last 1-2 years. Basic amenities like kleenex.

The bathroom sink was very small with little room for toiletries. There was almost no room in the bathroom to hang anything, just one hook behind the door. The pillows were awful, as if they were stuffed with hundreds of small balls of semi-firm fluff. Some things were already falling apart even though the hotel was newly remodeled: the sink faucet in the bathroom was loose.

For the price, I didn't expect much, but I was very pleasantly surprised! Everything was clean and the rooms were extremely pleasant. Not very big, but they were comfortable and cozy. I really enjoyed my stay here and would absolutely stay again if I pass through in the future. Breakfast was pretty decent as well, and the fitness center was small but still met my needs. You could tell they put some thought and care into the facilities.

Honestly, not much to say here! They were working on some remodeling so I'm sure the dated look of the place is going to change. The room I was in was already remodeled and was very nice. Maybe the only thing that I noticed that was annoying was the very loud ice machine in the hall, but you couldn't hear it inside the room.

Standard breakfast for this type of facility. Not much variety. Mathew was excellent this time and the previous time we stayed there. Efficient and knowledgeable. We had bikes on the back of our vehicle, which were secured. Matthew said there had not been any crime at the hotel and that we did not need to take the bikes into the room overnight. That was reassuring to my wife and I and the bikes were safe.

there is very little "green area " to walk the dog because of the hotel's location

I did not actually stay here. When I got to my room, there were some problems but the hotel was fully booked. The manager helped to find me a room elsewhere. They were all so kind and helpful. I would definitely book with them again. I have many times before when I've been in town for a conference and it's always been great. I've based my review on the staff member who helped me that night, not on the condition of my room. I've never had a hotel find me another place to stay and I feel like that was an above-board thing to do. They have always been great in the past. So please, give them a chance. It really is a good place to stay.

This hotel was extremely clean! The staff was helpful. The room was nice and the beds were comfortable! The hotel is convenient to food, gas, and I-80. We stayed one night on a long road trip from North Carolina to Yellowstone. This was a relaxing stop. We slept well and enjoyed a great meal from Runza! The $1 coffee from the neighboring Scooter's was perfect since we left before breakfast. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

The staff was very friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable about the area and restaurants. The desk clerk recommended a fabulous steak house, Whisky Creek, and it was exactly what I wanted. And it's good to know if something comes up, they've got your back to help you out. The room was spacious, and the bed was extremely comfortable. If I am ever that way again, this is where I'll be staying, and I'm telling all my friends.

The ice maker on the first floor was broken but scheduled to be fixed. There was one on the third floor.

Had issues with the television, channels weren't programmed in tried to call the front desk with the phone in the room but it too had issues. Matthew the clerk did come to the door and see if we needed assistance. Not a big deal but after a long day on the road frustrating. Other than that nice stay

Staff were welcoming and helpful. I had originally booked this room with incorrect dates, but they were very helpful in getting that issue fixed with no extra problems or cost. The hotel is under renovations for the next year or two, but it was never disruptive yo my stay. I did spend most of my daytime out of the hotel, though, which is when they would be working. Good job on keeping everything comfy and quiet when it mattered. The single queen room was clean and cozy. It had everything I needed with minimal wear on the furniture. The in-room coffee machine was ready and stocked, even if I never used it. Bathroom was clean and the water was hot. Continental breakfast was what I expected. Having a few hot options was a nice surprise. Bonus points for the waffle medallion machine and biscuits & gravy. Checkout was a breeze. Cards were handed over and I was out in under ten minutes. Staff were ready to help out with any issues or request, so an A+ for attentiveness and customer service.

This may be a personal issue, but the bed was unimpressive. A very firm bed with extra-soft, no-support pillows made for suboptimal sleep. Nights were quiet, except for the doors, which shut very loudly. Everyone on the floor would be aware of anyone coming or going.

The front desk night staff was wonderful. I appreciated the later checkout. The location was extremely convenient. The room was clean and the bed comfortable and sheets smelled fresh and clean! Overall a good stay!

The property was a little worn overall although I understand they are now remodeling. There wasn't a fan mode on the heat control and I would have appreciated outlets near the night stand.
