Courtyard was last minute savior since our booking was cancelled at another hotel without an intimation and it was almost midnight. Reception staff were accommodating. Lady at restaurant for breakfast was humble, nice and supportive for choosing breakfast options. There was bus stop right across the street where you can take bus and it will drop you right in the center of New York within 10 mins at port authority bus terminal. so there is no hassle of taking your own car into chaos of traffic . It was overall a good experience.

Comfortable and clean

No lobby coffee- only water. Limited toiletries - both the bath gel and the conditioner was low and not enough for one person. Asked for refill which was lazily put on counter. Got in shower and no conditioner! Just seems very cheap for a nicer hotel. Our favorite hotel on this trip was neither Hyatt nor this Marriott-but, a sleep inn!!! Sleep inn was the cheapest and provided simple amenities and a well renovated shower. The simple amenities and details make a difference

Very quiet location

Parking was confusing. Many signs saying you need a permit, but no permit is needed. Then there is a sign that states to park on the second level of the garage that is under construction, but the garage had a big warning sign saying danger do not go here so it was definitely confusing. The AC unit was not the greatest had to be on 68 in order to cool the room down and if the room wasn’t cool, it was musty

We requested 3 rooms together, and while one of the room was a little further down the hall, they were certainly all in close proximity, and all members of our group were easily able to interact with one another while we were there. The bistro was closed during our visit, but they had a well stocked vending area, so it wasn't a big deal for our group.

The hotel has had to change the type of rooms available, and the rooms which previously had been suites, with pull out couches, now no longer have that function. The hotel has updated this information, booking.com has not. We arrived assuming that we would be able to utilize the pull out couches, only to be told that they no longer offered that style of room.

The staff was friendly, the rooms and facilities were clean, parking was not difficult to find on site like previous reviews mentioned but we were there on a week night with no event at the stadium. We ordered food and it was quick and convenient. the hotel was easy to find and close to our attractions. Carts were available to load our stuff on. The bed was comfortable. We had no issues with the room temperature. We didn’t attempt the pool or ask about it so I’m not sure if it is still open or not.

Each staff member I came across smiled and said hello which was so nice. The halls were clean and smelled great, the lobby have fresh water with fruit like lemonade orange and room was spotless.

Toilet seemed to be in odd location in bathroom, but it worked and bathroom was spacious.

I loved how the front desk attendees were very responsive! And the housekeepers were very kind also! Thank you for honoring my request and remembering when I was so tired to remember to mention it!! Also, quick response to front desk for toiletries!

The pillows could have been better and maybe an extra heavier blanket. Also better outlets next to the bed, I had to charge my phone across the room. Not a huge issue but was slightly disappointed by that. (Bring your own body wash/ shampoo/conditioner as it was not filled in mine but I had some of my own thankfully). I in no way am bashing the hotel but hopefully this will help others to be prepared for the little things!

We stayed at the hotel because it is located near the MetLife Stadium (we had concert tickets). So the location was perfect. Upon arrival we found out that it was possible to use a shuttle van that was taking people from the hotel to the stadium and back. It was great! Only the price should have been cheaper. Also we really appreciate that the room was clean, did not smell, the staff was really nice (the shuttle van driver was rude though).

The price for the room was a bit too high. It was a special event for us so we were happy with everything. But on a regular basis we would not choose a hotel with this price.

My room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was decent but a little overpriced in my option but having the option to have breakfast was nice. The staff was friendly.

The parking lot around the back of property. I don’t like having to walk far at night in an unfamiliar place and I was with a young child so that made me uncomfortable.
