Good amount of space for the price. Staff was friendly and attentive to needs. AC worked great in the rooms. The regular beds were comfortable and plenty of pillows were provided. Kitchenette was well stocked with pans and we used the toaster oven to reheat pizza. It was clean and very nice. Rooms were nicer than we expected. Decent breakfast options. Facility was pretty nice. They've obviously made some upgrades over the last few years from other reviews. hallway was a little muggy and the AC condensation was leaking in some places but it was being managed.

The fold out couch mattress was a little thin and we had to request bedding for it, but the staff got it right away. (If we stay again, I'll likely bring a mattress topper from home for it. My teenaged son slept there and didn't complain, but it did look very thin and very worn, but it was clean. No soap provided to clean the dishes that are provided in the suites with kitchenette. I got some from a store nearby, but I didn't trust the dishes were clean because of this.

The property was reasonably priced and right smack dab in the middle of everything. The front desk worker gave us a free upgrade because they had a room available. Breakfast was just as good as anywhere else. Everything was clean and in working order. We will definitely stay here again.

The weather. It rained but The Lord knows we needed it so I'm not complaining about getting it. However, the pool area and outdoor area looked so relaxing and inviting but we weren't able to enjoy it. We will definitely get a cornhole game in next time.

The neighborhood was quiet and close to restaurants, banks and hospitals. The room has a small kitchen with basic appliances. I could sleep well there.

- The hotel has old appearance and has old and scratched/damaged furniture. - Bathroom space is very small. - Smell in room wasn´t good - Fitness room very small and old. - Cleaning service very limited. I was there for a week and had no right to get my room cleaned. I had to ask for that service.

This place is absolutely the finest, cleanest, and friendliest place I have stayed at for a very reasonable price. I will definitely stay here everytime I am in the area. It is a quiet area but close enough to everything you don't hear all the traffic. As far as the bed well it was good for me but some may have a different preference (soft, firm) I can say it didn't sag.

The daily breakfast well organized during the week. Everything expected was available. It was clean and seating area was comfortable and clean.

The weekend staff weren't quite as accommodating. No tops for coffee cups. Others complained about the service. But that was my only issue. Others stated felt like it was a problem asking for things they wanted. I didn't ask for anything.

The location was extremely good and close to the DFW Airport, without being located in the approach sector of the runways. So it was very quiet and we had a very pleasant stay. The area in general is very safe and has a lot of good restaurants nearby. The room was very clean and comfy. The breakfast and lounge area was the best we had seen so far in similar Hotels. We stayed 16 nights and we plan to come back whenever we are in Dallas again. I can definetely recommend this Hotel!

The two bedroom/two bathroom was very nice and great for families. The room/bathroom/kitchen were clean. Customer Service was good. Good location. Pool/gym/ laundry. The breakfast was good as well.

The smell in the hallway could be better. (Room did not smell like it) Not being able to take breakfast upstairs, especially when having young kids.

The location and the comfort of the room. Services that were complimentary !! (Laundry)

- Gym had some equipment that didn’t work. - Breakfast could start a little bit earlier - hotel didn’t had guests PCs and printers for them to work.

The king suite room was nice. It wasn't noisy as we were at the very end of the hall away from other rooms. Parking was always available.

Had to call for room service or extra towels during entire stay. Had asked for extra towels, but never got any all day, so had to walk down to the lobby to request it.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The facilities were very clean, and the location was great. The breakfast was also wonderful with a great variety of items to choose from. The drawback was that the beds were pretty worn out and uncomfortable, but for our stay it worked out fine.
