Perfect location! Beautiful atmosphere. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. I was scammed by a tour company that had nothing to do with them, but they spent a great deal of time helping me. They offered great suggestions for things to do in the area and made everything so easy. Even little things like calling a taxi and negotiating with them. Everyone seemed so happy and so happy to serve you including the bar staff at the rooftop pool. It is clear that this place is well managed and treats their employees well by the way, they treat their customers.

I wish I would’ve booked my stay there for longer. I’ve stayed in several areas of Bangkok and this was a wonderful place, so comfortable and enjoyable.

I l in this hotel, in total 5 nights at the beginning and 2 nights at the end 5 of the 3 weeks I was in Thailand , we loved our stay in Amara , everything was excellent, location, cleanliness, they were very friendly, kind, and sweet specially whith my daughter 4 years old , they kept my luggage for us , at no cost until I returned after 2 weeks because I went to the North of the country ,,,The staff luggage and recepción best of the best , 10/10 especially miss Nimmie ❤️ I will definitely return, a place to repeat!!! Thanks.

Good bed and shower water pressure. Close to restaurants, cafes and going out area. Beautiful view from the rooftop where the swimming pool and bar are.

Nothing in the room’s fridge but water. Minimum toiletries and of bad quality: diluted wash gel. No coffee in the room . Disappointing

Good location. Close to Chong Nonsi BTS where you can get to pier for river cruise etc. Breakfast was delicious. Our view on the 24th floor was outstanding. We had club membership for happy hour drinks and nibbles 5-7 pm. The service was excellent especially Noon.

Lovely hotel, lovely staff, great food and overall a great experience.

While there, we had an earthquake, which of course isn't the hotels fault however it wasn't as clear and apparent where the stairs were on the rooftop pool bar, this should be marked more clearly. In addition we received a phone call within 30 minutes of us getting back to our room once it was safe to do so, to pay our rooftop bar bill, which totalled around 400 baht (£8ish). We would always pay our way but felt this wasn't great customer service so shortly after the event. All of this being said, it was a crazy experience and I do want to praise all the staff for how they reacted and looked after us.

The hotel room was spacious as also the bathroom. We found the room was quiet, but we did experience difficulty in getting the room cool. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The roof top bar and pool was lovely with spectacular city views. However, it was a small area with a mix of sunbeds and tables tightly together. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful.

Roof top bar area is small and it gets very busy. Tables and sunbeds are very close with little space. Smoking is permitted which is unpleasant when trying to eat. The majority of people were smoking when we were trying to enjoy some relaxation.

Great location - fairly easy to get to both airports. Room was huge and really clean. Even had iron. We booked for 2 separated beds and made sure while checkin in, but still got one king bed. Nice view from our room, but unfortunately, walls are really thin and we had loud neighbors, could hear their music. Staff really attentive, especially the housekeeper on our floor. She was just amazing. Nearby is night market and a lot of restaurants but as this is nicer area, restaurants were more expensive as well. Walking distance to Lumpini park Pool is nice and had stunning view but hotel is huge with a lot of people so it was overcrowded and we did not use it. Overall it was a great stay

The rooftop views are gorgeous. Staff on the roof bar are also exceptional - friendly and welcoming. Rooms are comfortable and well kept.

Only complaint is that weights in the gym only go to appx 24 lbs, which isn’t really a proper gym. No other strength training machines of any kind. There are only a few cardio machines. This is gym in name only. The hotel should really invest in heavier weights. And more machines - strength and cardio. The cost of this is low relative to what you promise - a gym. A proper gym would boost your ratings which is surely worth the investment That said, the facilities itself are beautiful - gorgeous views. But you I was promised an upper level floor with “city” views, which wasn’t delivered
