Good and peaceful location, good staff,

The facility was good. The only annoying thing, in the room they posted everywhere that they will fine in case a thing is broken. It will scare you on first day of any scam. But the hotel is not like that, they treat guest good. I will suggest them to remove the fines notices from guests rooms, it spoils the fun stay at hotel. They can also work to improve the breakfast quantity, everything is so small and less placed, its not finished by guests but gives a not good look. The shower was not working properly. Room 306

Nestled in a quiet alley, the hotel offers a serene escape while remaining conveniently close to the MRT station. Though compact, the room was well-appointed, comfortable, and impeccably clean. I particularly appreciated the generous deal, including a complimentary breakfast and minibar, adding extra value to an already reasonably priced stay. The hotel effortlessly provided everything I needed for a seamless and pleasant experience.

The in-room TV lacked audio, though the attentive staff made every effort to assist. Soundproofing may need improvement, as conversations from the hallway could occasionally be heard, given the bed’s proximity to the door.

- I stayed for five nights and it was all fine despite one day before my last day I informed the housekeeping to do my laundry and he said ok but then when I returned to my room in the evening the laundry wasn’t picked up. gladly the front office managed to get my laundry done tomorrow morning before I checked out. - for some reasons it couldn’t handle the payment using my debit card and I had to pay THB 6000 in cash, which was quite a lot and annoying. never experienced my card got declined except at this hotel. not sure if the problem was my card or their payment device.

Location was great. Wasn't a busy street so it's not as noisy and was very peaceful. It's located near the Sam Yan MRT which is super helpful. You can exit by Sam Yan Mitrtown, which is open 24hrs (only near starbucks) if you're looking to sit somewhere just to get your bearings once you land. Felt like it was in the middle of most of my destinations because everywhere was walkable from BBCH. It's near cafes for anyone who needs coffee in the morning. Breakfast was nice and simple. 7E is also a minute away for anyone that needs snacks. Staff was friendly and would always check-in with you if you wanted your room cleaned.

This hotel is in a very good location - just about 15 minutes walk to Samyan Mitretown. The staffs were very welcoming and the breakfast was included. For me, it is not a fancy hotel but it is a very practical, clean and quiet place to stay if you want an affordable room situated very close to the Bangkok's city centre.

The toilet had a bad smell and the AC was noisy. Reported the issues to the staff and he changed the room for us straight away which was very much appreciated!

Very good location just a short walk from Samyan mrt and not too far from the skytrain. Nice and clean room, ac was quiet and efficient. The staff were extremely nice and helpful.

You might want to bring earplugs with you. The room was otherwise very nice and quiet but the door to the hallway and to the balcony do not block noice much at all. While the back alley hotel is located is relatively quiet, there is a garbage truck everynight after 11 pm and traffic usually starts well before 6 am.

Only one pair of towels but they were changed every day, however we didn't ask for extra so we can't really complain.

The room was more spacious then expected and the balcony was good for two people. The bed was comfortable and there was a fridge and tea coffee facilities which is a nice touch. The hotel is located in a quiet side street and its walking distance to the metro station. The free breakfast was decent, a few options only, but good enough to start the day. Reception staff is very helpful and efficient.

There is nothing wrong with this place, next time I would stay closer to the metro station (but that is my personal preference)

Everything was wonderful. Breakfast was amazing! The best breakfast we have ever had for this price! Fruits, salad bar, pancakes, noodles, rice with meat and eggs. The room was cleaned every day. Great location in the centre of Bangkok. 10 minutes walk from the metro station. But very quiet area. The staff were very polite and friendly. Highly recommend. Would definitely stay here next time!

Nicely situated hotel, very close to SamYan metro station (just a 3-4 minutes walk). Great neighbourhood, close to Patpong market (nice food), shops and one more time - metro station. From there you can go to almost every place you want to see and the connection with airport is great (about 60baht per person to get there). Hotel has good mattresses. For this price is a great choice.

Breakfast is not as good as you might expect. There are some things to eat but after a few days we decided to eat breakfast somewhere else.
