1. The room is a single apartment, really spacial for two persons to stay. 2. Facilities in the room look new, like the washing machine, dry machine, and even the toilet. The AC is great! 3. The room is quiet. Like it! 4. The location is good as well, near Samyan mall and Big C supermarket

THE BREAKFAST! THE GYM---no gym at all!

Location very good, if you like that turistic area. Second day of my stay they provided a complimentary breakfast. Basic one but good with ham, sausage, juice, coffee, bread, jam, fried rice, soup and few other. No fruits.

A problem that happens many times in different hotels: guests talking loud or making noises at times were other guests are sleeping. I had to report noises in the adjacent room, two parrots talking and laughing at 1 am.

I stayed here for 19 nights 1. Convenient location - it is accessible by MRT (few minutes’ walk), two BTS stations (Chong Nonsi and Sala Daeng) by 13-15 mins walk; Si Phraya pier/ River City centre by 20 mins walk. Multiple bus routes are available 2. Value for Money- a relative large room for less than 52cad per night 3. The hotel is located close to Mitrtown, Sam Yan Market and Chula area - with a lot of affordable eatery 4. Staff are helpful though not fluent in English, they ensure the taxi is waiting for my departure to BKK at 3am 5. Two 7-11 convenient shop in few minutes walk- you need to buy water, then the location is great

1. Cleanliness and maintenance- it is a relatively new hotel but the maintenance is rather poor. Floors are broken, toilet seat is broken. housekeeping does not do well in cleaning the room 2. Noisy and busy street - it is on the main Si Phraya road, very busy and noisy. I was assigned in the room facing the main road, I could not sleep on the first night, then I demand to change to another side, they did accommodate and help put a thick pad to eliminate the gap at the bottom of the door to reduce noise level . if you are light sleeper, ask for room facing the other side

During my business trip in Bangkok, I stayed at the Samyan Serene Hotel, which provided me with a very comfortable stay. The room was spacious and well-maintained, and the receptionist promptly assigned me the correct room upon my arrival. Location walk-in distance from Samyan Metro Station. Very supportive staff and polite.

Very disappointed with the Wi-Fi connection. During the 6-night stay in the hotel, the wifi connection is of very poor quality. I mentioned to reception that there is a faster solution, but they replied that this is the only thing we do.  As a tourist, I expect the Internet or WiFi router to be at least good, but this is not the case at this hotel.

I don’t normally write reviews, only provide scores but at Samyan Serene hotel, I absolutely loved the design and size of our room. The huge mirrors were just plus. Bed was really comfy, the staff exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended and I will definitely return if I visit Bangkok again. :)

As others suggested, it is a bit noisy due to the hotel’s location but we slept just fine. The breakfast is a bit limited but we only stayed for 2 nights so we did not get the chance to get bored of it, however it might be concerning for those who stays longer.

Nice and Clean Hotel. Location was good. Walking Distance to 2 Malls. 7/11 nearby. Breakfast was limited in choice but enough. Room Size was good. They provided NETFLIX on tv with signed in accounts. Toiletries were provided. Patpong Night Market nearby.

comfortable beds, friendly and responsive customer service, accessible location that is easily walkable to the train station and a big shopping mall (mitr town) (although taxis and grabs often miss the turning from the other side of the road), and for a good price! breakfast was simple but tasty. quite a few really good local eateries around the area too. a cafe also recently opened right outside the hotel with decent coffee.

property was a bit tired, perhaps that is the wing we were in. only 4 devices allowed per room for wifi access which did not extend to the lobby unfortunately, also strangely not enough in the tech age for 2 persons in the room. very busy and jam-packed road right outside which could be quite noisy if your room is situated along that side.

I really liked the configuration of the room I stayed in. It was quiet. The safety was reassuring. The breakfast wasn't included in the price I paid for so I don't have comment whether it was good or not. The check-in and -out were very convenient. Even though I didn't drive, their parking lot was pretty convenient; there're 2 lifts to take cars up to their parking lot.

Because I took a taxi there, I think if they had a space for drop-off in front of the hotel, that'd be very nice so that we don't cause temporary traffic while getting off.

appreciated greatly the help of the counter staff who helped us book a hair spa appointment with a salon we were looking at. also staff were responsive in helping us with extra pillows and amenities.

hotel linens were a bit worn out, the room door was a little jammed, which required a bit of yanking each time, but overall still a comfortable stay and at a good price. appreciated being outside of the main tourist areas (like siam square) though traffic is very heavy around the hotel still.

The staff were very helpful and kind with all my inquiries and would even come up to check when I had wifi issues. The room was spacious, bright, and relaxing. Although I didn't use much of the kitchen, the washer and dryer and the proximity to the malls/station made this a great place to stay for longer-term stays. It's a quiet area, but the other areas of Pathumwan are still accessible on foot.

It can get a bit dark and quiet early immediately around the hotel, and you have to cross a busy highway to get to the mall/station.
