1. The room is a single apartment, really spacial for two persons to stay. 2. Facilities in the room look new, like the washing machine, dry machine, and even the toilet. The AC is great! 3. The room is quiet. Like it! 4. The location is good as well, near Samyan mall and Big C supermarket

THE BREAKFAST! THE GYM---no gym at all!

Our second time staying at the hotel. The staff are always very nice, you always get a smile and a greeting every time you pass by the reception. Bed is very comfortable, room is spacious, and there's a big wardrobe to store purchases and hang clothes. Charging ports next to both sides of the bed and Smart TV with access to Netflix and Youtube. Toilets are clean and spacious. Unlike our last time, the number of cloth hangers have been increased which is a huge plus point! Plates, glasses and utensils are provided, with safe to drink filtered water available as well. We always book the studio apartment room, with washing machines for our convenience, even though a laundromat is located nearby, around a 1 min walk! And just in front of the laundromat, is a 7-Eleven, which is always a huge positive. There's also a scale at reception to weigh your luggage, just in case. The property is also very close to Samyan MITR Town, which is a great mall with many food options, shops such as Muji, Uniqlo and Eve&Boy and small local shopping stalls. Also, MRT Samyan can be accessed from here. Overall, the location as well as the room is very good, and we can't wait to be back here again!

Pillows are a little stiff for us, but that may not be the case for everyone. Also, the cooking pot in the room was quite old, with burn marks on the inside. Dish soap, hand soap, etc. are not provided so we bought them from the 7-Eleven nearby, not much of an issue as they are very cheap.

Location very good, if you like that turistic area. Second day of my stay they provided a complimentary breakfast. Basic one but good with ham, sausage, juice, coffee, bread, jam, fried rice, soup and few other. No fruits.

A problem that happens many times in different hotels: guests talking loud or making noises at times were other guests are sleeping. I had to report noises in the adjacent room, two parrots talking and laughing at 1 am.

During my business trip in Bangkok, I stayed at the Samyan Serene Hotel, which provided me with a very comfortable stay. The room was spacious and well-maintained, and the receptionist promptly assigned me the correct room upon my arrival. Location walk-in distance from Samyan Metro Station. Very supportive staff and polite.

Very disappointed with the Wi-Fi connection. During the 6-night stay in the hotel, the wifi connection is of very poor quality. I mentioned to reception that there is a faster solution, but they replied that this is the only thing we do.  As a tourist, I expect the Internet or WiFi router to be at least good, but this is not the case at this hotel.

I stayed here for 19 nights 1. Convenient location - it is accessible by MRT (few minutes’ walk), two BTS stations (Chong Nonsi and Sala Daeng) by 13-15 mins walk; Si Phraya pier/ River City centre by 20 mins walk. Multiple bus routes are available 2. Value for Money- a relative large room for less than 52cad per night 3. The hotel is located close to Mitrtown, Sam Yan Market and Chula area - with a lot of affordable eatery 4. Staff are helpful though not fluent in English, they ensure the taxi is waiting for my departure to BKK at 3am 5. Two 7-11 convenient shop in few minutes walk- you need to buy water, then the location is great

1. Cleanliness and maintenance- it is a relatively new hotel but the maintenance is rather poor. Floors are broken, toilet seat is broken. housekeeping does not do well in cleaning the room 2. Noisy and busy street - it is on the main Si Phraya road, very busy and noisy. I was assigned in the room facing the main road, I could not sleep on the first night, then I demand to change to another side, they did accommodate and help put a thick pad to eliminate the gap at the bottom of the door to reduce noise level . if you are light sleeper, ask for room facing the other side

The room was big, clean, and comfortable, with strong water pressure. It’s also conveniently located near the mall and MRT station. The service was also very good.

The staff forgot to refill the shower gel after it was used up, but that was just a minor inconvenience. Since the hotel is located in the middle of the city, it may not be the best choice for people who need *ABSOLUTE* silence when sleeping (still quiet enough for a general light sleeper like me.)

Comfy room, strong shower, very clean spaces, all fundamental facilities are available as expected. Car parking space is convenient and easy to use. Location super convenient. Close to Samyan Square where there are plenty of food choices.

Website said the parking need to be booked in advance, but when we tried to book there is no confirmation - that was confusing. The corridor has a smell of dried flower, which we believe is supposed to give nice atmosphere, but the smell we a bit too strong and feel synthetic.

Nice and Clean Hotel. Location was good. Walking Distance to 2 Malls. 7/11 nearby. Breakfast was limited in choice but enough. Room Size was good. They provided NETFLIX on tv with signed in accounts. Toiletries were provided. Patpong Night Market nearby.

We had a very comfortable stay at Samyan Serene Hotel. The room was clean, well-maintained, and serviced daily. We were also so glad it had a bidet (something that's not always available but very much appreciated, especially for Southeast Asian travelers). The location is convenient, with easy access to the MRT, a shopping mall, and plenty of good, affordable places to eat nearby. Overall, a solid choice. We’d be happy to stay here again.

I don’t normally write reviews, only provide scores but at Samyan Serene hotel, I absolutely loved the design and size of our room. The huge mirrors were just plus. Bed was really comfy, the staff exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended and I will definitely return if I visit Bangkok again. :)

As others suggested, it is a bit noisy due to the hotel’s location but we slept just fine. The breakfast is a bit limited but we only stayed for 2 nights so we did not get the chance to get bored of it, however it might be concerning for those who stays longer.
