The location was exceptional, the hotel lobby is literally Samyan shopping centre. It's a good shopping centre too with tons and tons of restaurants and tons of food stalls in the basement level. There's so much to eat, even if it's just a quick snack or a full meal. The Samyan MRT station is at the end of all the food stalls so you could literally get snacks and a milk tea for the MRT ride. The mall itself is a good shopping mall too with decent shops! For taxi pickups and tuktuks, the hotel was in an easily identifiable location too so a lot less hassle there with the locals. Definitely cannot beat the location. The room it self is huge, we had a twin room and the bed was very big for one person. The room also comes with a sofa/daybed and that was really nice to sit there to eat all the food we bought from the night markets. It also had a very long functional desk and a long bench for luggage. The entire room is very practical. Provided good quality slippers, not the paper ones you see in most hotels. The water pressure in the shower was almost orgasmic it was so so good. The room was very quiet, we barely heard anything from outside, be it other guests or traffic or anything noise at all. I think this is a very very good hotel for solo travellers as it is close to everything and is always busy with lots of people and traffic. It definitely feels like a very safe place to stay. Also good for families too because of how large the rooms are. We got free coffees every morning and that was actually legit good coffee too. The staff were really polite and helpful.

1. PRICY - Definitely on the pricier side but i think it's ok for the location and the comfort level. 2. CLEANLINESS - Cleaners could've been a little more thorough though. We spilled makeup foundation on the floor in the morning before we left. When we returned, the stain was still there even though the room was made up and looks "clean". Took a point off for these two reasons but otherwise 10/10

The room is big, clean, comfortable, and functional, with a big wardrobe and space for luggage. There is even a day bed for resting. There are many power points, and adapters are not required. The shower and toilet are in separate cubicles, and toiletries are provided. There is free coffee and tea at the lobby (one coupon per night of your stay). The hotel is connected to a shopping mall with shops like Uniqlo, Muji, Decathalon, etc, and plenty of food choices. As there is a linkway from the mall to the Sam Yan MRT, this means not getting wet when it rains. There are also many local food choices in the vicinity of the hotel. Besides food, there are many hair salons, especially one that only provides wash and blow service. This is a real treat for the ladies. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful and gave us clear instructions to get to Ayutthaya by local train.

I liked the minimal, sort of Scandinavian furnishing of the large room. The elevators were always quick and the staff very friendly. The coffee station in the lobby included in the room served me well.

It would have been a better experience if the windows in the room weren't locked ... I always like fresh air and I saw them opened when rooms were cleaned. Also, the gym could be updated with some weight machines rather than just free weights. There certainly is room for some. I wasn't aware of this, but since the hotel is close to a university there is no alcohol sold nor served at restaurants in the surrounding area.

Everything was good. Pretty well located hotel right above the shopping mall (7Eleven and lots of food corners inside) and BTS underground line. Staff was good and helpful, room was clean and fresh, nice big and comfortable bed and pillows. And i loved a coffee coupons - as a hotel guest you can take a cup of it at the lobby for free)

1. Weird procedure of checking in - you need to show exactly the same bank card, that you used to pay for your booking. And staff will take it, check all of your data (they will see your card number and cvv) and only after that you will be checked in. And if I've payed from my friend's or from my wife's card? I am not be allowed to stay? 2. No remote for an AC, and the only control panel located near the room's entrance door 3. Bathroom door exists, but there is no benefit to have it, because it was super strange constructively and you will have all of the noises from shower/toilet inside your room (check the photo of it)

Excellent location. It was easy to catch a bus and go to most popular touristy destinations. Lots of nice dining places around, both inside the mall and nearby the hotel. Nice staff. When I requested for toothbrushes, they assured me that the housekeeping staff would bring them to my room. They were also reachable and very responsive when I contacted them via their app live chat. The room was very nice with a small, cozy sofa-bed corner. Phone with local SIM card was provided.

There was a slightly off-putting smell, even though the hotel is non-smoking hotel. It was most obvious when we came back to the room after a long day, which was strange because the room was cleaned. The smell eventually went away after we turned on the aircon, so it was alright. Check with the staff if you experience something similar. Otherwise overall, it is a great place!

Triple Y hotel offers beyond expectation rooms and services. The staff were cordial and very helpful. The breakfast arrangement was a bit disappointing. The breakfast package is not worth its value.

Convenient location: within a large shopping mall (Samyan Mitrtown), a 7 Eleven literally downstairs, a few minutes' walk to Samyan MRT. I really like the room: spacious; well-thought-out design with a daybed, large desk for work, and many surfaces to put things; very clean. The basics were done very well: could not hear the neighbors at all, water heating and pressure were great, wi-fi was smooth.

I stubbed my toe really badly on the outswinging glass toilet door when I opened it for the first time. Maybe put a hazard sticker on the floor or a soft corner protector on the door.

Excellent hotel in Bangkok. Underneath is a mall and an entrance to the 7-11. I originally booked for 4 nights but in the hotel extended it to 5 nights more. I recommend visitors to Bangkok to book the Triple Y Hotel.

The hotel is perfect. The painting in this building looks new. The light in the room is very bright. It's a great idea to put a day bed besides the window. The TV is extremely large. The shower temperature is very easy to be controlled. it's never too hot or too cold. The most important thing is the room is quite at night. The hotel is connected with underground MRT, Samyan Mitrtown shopping mall and 7-11. We also can take a bus to Siam Center. What a perfect location! We all can tell the hotel is under a great management. I think the boss really cares about customers. We will come again once we travel to Bangkok.

The sink is too shallow to wash anything. There's no microwave. Can't turn off all lights when sleeping.

Very comfortable, clean and quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful. Complimentary coffee every morning which was most welcome. Connects to a large mall via a 7/11 so everything you need is within a short walk.
