Good location. Reasonably good breakfasts and restaurant with the possibility of dinner being delivered to the room. Comfortable bed. Appropriate size of the room. Comfortable bathroom. Good massage centre. Well-functioning air conditioning.

Very bad WiFi - sometimes not available at all, which is unacceptable in a hotel with business ambitions. A bit too much noise from outside gets into the room due to single glazed windows - due to the climate.

Value for money

Ice should be a standard complimentary service. Guests should not be charged for requests for ice. This hotel charges THB36 for ice bucket before 11pm. And if there are charges, guests should be informed upfront and only told so AFTER delivery and asked to pay cash.

Great location, lovely pool area, nice reception, breakfast had plenty of choice, staff lovely and helpful. Loved the toilet in our room with all the fancy features on it, curtains were completely black out, nice touch with the treats and balloons for my birthday

Good location, just a block away from a subway stop.

Unfortunately the hotel is located very near an intersection which fairly consistently is a full scale, Bangkok style cars barely moving traffic jam. There was typically a cab waiting, but if you want to call a Grab car, it's hard to tell how long it will take for the car to arrive. We canceled at least one Grab car call when we saw that the car was making no progress coming to our location for pickup. We ( Hint: perhaps walk a block or two out the back of the hotel to a location where traffic is not a problem.)

Breakfast is one of the best I had in hotels in Thailand. It is served from 630 to 1030 and they offer the guests to have a breakfast box in case you leave earlier. The bed was huge and the room was really good. Location is perfect, 50 meters from subway that leaves to at the airport railway link which takes you to BKK in less than 30 minutes. That same subway leaves you at Geand Palace, Chinatown, everyplace really.

Cleaning could be done better, however it seems to meet Thailand standards as most hotels have the same level of cleanliness.

The Hotel looks very luxurious on the outside and the lobby area with 24h front desk service. They have also a very convinient luggage service. The rooms in the hotel were very clean and quite spacious. The problem we encountered was already described in the previous reviews, there was a musty/mouldy smell in the rooms. The air conditioning filters having not been cleaned for a long time arent helping much with the air clearing. So we had to change our room twice, until they accomodated us in the other building on the 14th floor. That room had the best view and was perfect, they changed the air conditioning filter extra, i think... In all the staff were very understanding and supremely helpful. The location was very convinient, it was close to great places to go out. The gym was great and the pool was excellent for doing laps.

We recently stayed at this hotel and had an absolutely perfect experience! The location is unbeatable—just a 3-minute walk to Samyan Metro Station, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city. It’s also close to Chinatown, Lumpini Park, and two major shopping centers, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, offering a wide variety of delicious options that changed daily. Our room was spacious, incredibly comfortable, and offered great value for money. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged to ensure maximum comfort. What truly set this hotel apart was the exceptional staff. They were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. A special touch was the breakfast takeaway box they prepared for our early checkout—such a thoughtful gesture! Overall, it was an excellent experience, and we will definitely return if we visit again. Highly recommended!

We had the most wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly kind and accommodating, always happy to help with anything we needed. The property itself is fantastic, with excellent facilities that made our stay even more enjoyable. The pool was absolutely lovely – the perfect place to relax and unwind. Our room was clean, tidy, and comfortable, making us feel right at home. Plus, the location is ideal, making it easy to explore the area. We couldn’t be happier with our experience and would recommend this hotel to everyone!

Honestly the only downside is the pool was a bit cold to go into, but i wouldn’t let this affect my rating

Staff - very courteous and friendly. Always ready to assist when needed, and even constantly advised us to be careful when using public transportation, like insisting on using the meters on taxis, etc... Room - very clean and the beds were comfortable. Good water pressure on the shower. The complimentary bottled water, soft drinks, coffee tea - replenished everyday were a nice touch. Breakfast - had a wide selection of breakfast items and beverage. Fresh fruits were wonderful. Location - in a not too busy part of the city, within a few minutes' walk from the metro subway station. Major attractions and shopping centers were just minutes away. Shuttle service - complimentary and a convenient way to get to three major attractions.

Temperature in lobby and breakfast room was extremely low. Everyone also here on Booking is commenting the same, that its freezing. You need to go down with long trousers and covering your belly otherwise you get problems especially after eating. I dont understand why as in all the other 14 floors theres not even air con.
