This is my fifth time at the Alexandrovskiy Hotel, it is a hotel to rest after a trip to the city or outside it, it is not a hotel to stay in a room or in a hotel, you have everything in the room, everything to make your stay wonderful, very good breakfasts, the service of the staff He was dedicated, everything I asked for was brought to my room a few minutes later. I will say something personal, when I arrive at this hotel I feel at home, I will not choose any other hotel in Odessa except this hotel, this is my home in Odessa, everything was perfect. I arrived at a hotel I was looking for bad things, I didn't find anything, only one thing was because of the heat of the summer when we came back from the trip the room was a bit stuffy and hot, after 10 minutes of the air conditioner everything was fine. But there's nothing to do it's summer

We arrived at the hotel and a pleasant surprise awaited us at the entrance – two delicious cakes in the room. This is not my first time at this hotel, and certainly not the last. The rooms are well equipped and include everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the breakfast is rich and varied. The hotel is located in an excellent location – close to everything. Right next to it is a supermarket, excellent cafes, and the famous "Privoz" market is about a 20-minute walk away. I would like to thank the wonderful hotel staff, and especially Victoria, who welcomed us with a smile and took care of us throughout our stay. During our visit, two weddings took place on different evenings, and Victoria informed us in advance and apologized for the possible noise – but in practice we hardly felt it, because we spent most of our time walking around the city.

Staff members are rude sometimes, I asked for a parking and a parking guy kicked me off. I asked on the reception again and they said there is no free spaces even when it was one near the front. I showed it and they were like “okay, you can take this one”. Also most of them were speaking Russian, even though there is a law demanding of public customer care in Ukrainian

This is not my first time at the hotel and it will not be the last, this hotel is close to the center, there is a huge supermarket nearby that has everything. There are many restaurants and cafes near the hotel. This is a hotel where after a trip in the city or outside you come to rest and there is everything you need in the room. In addition there is also a rich breakfast. We celebrated my fiancé's birthday. Katrina from the reception helped me a lot in all matters of the birthday, I want to thank her. I really appreciate it. The hotel staff listens to needs and satisfies them. There is personal treatment for every guest who stays, I feel like I'm coming home and not to a hotel. I highly recommend this hotel

I was the first time in this hotel, short 1-night business visit. Enjoyed it very much, this is hotel of very high standards, clean, comfortable and in convenient center location. Hotel arranged parking for my car right in front of main entrance. Staff was very polite, and cared of every possible details to make stay pleasant and enjoyable. Don't worry if you have heavy luggage: there is an elevator and all floors are equipped with panduces.

Every time I come to Odessa I choose this hotel, for me it's not a hotel, it's my home in Odessa. The hotel is close to every point of interest, there is a supermarket next to it, there are excellent cafes. The room was clean, everything I need is in the room, mini bar, water, shampoo, coffee set, bathrobe. I wanted to mention the receptionists Ludmila, Margo, they helped me a lot during my stay with anything I asked for, they helped, any question or request. I celebrated the new year in a hotel with my partner, we received a cake and a bottle of champagne as a gift for the new year.

I was looking for bad things to write about, I didn't find any. The hotel is accessible to people with disabilities. which I really liked. Some of the hotels I've been in in the world, there were a lot of stairs that I thought how people with disabilities can get to their room or to the reception. The Alexandrovskiy Hotel is accessible to people with disabilities. This is the thing that is really special about a hotel that thinks about all types of people.

We loved our stay here. The stuff was exceptionally considerate and helpful. And that includes everyone - the receptionists, housekeeping, waitering stuff. Everyone did an amazing job! The rooms were clean, had comfortable beds and also all amenities we could ask for - we were especially grateful for the earplugs as it was raining heavily during our stay. We were also pleasantly surprised by breakfast. It had impressive variety and everything were delicious. We especially liked small bite-size desserts and tasty coffee. Overall it feels like we've found some hidden treasure in Odessa. We will definitely return again!

A central location - opposite the best outdoor cafes in Odesa. Also excellent restaurants nearby. My room was spacious, clean comfortable and bright - with a huge king bed. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. I needed to mend a pair of trousers and they found a taylor nearby who carried out a perfect job. And reasonably priced.

Excellent hotel, excellent location, excellent service, great value. I booked the Junior Suite as I was on my own, shower and bed great, biggish room, could not fault it. Its central, good parking at front, easy walk to everything in centre. Reception and security staff were courteous, efficient and no issue with English or my broken Russian. I would not hesitate to stay again, and could not recommend it more highly.

The fact I only had time for a one night stay.
