The staff was friendly and helpful especially at the front desk. They spoke perfect English. They helped me with a variety of things from finding a coffee shop to getting a taxi to shopping for clothes and even scheduling my Covid test. The location was perfect, within easy walking to almost everything of interest to me. The rooms were comfortable and very clean. Plenty of hot water for showers!

My only complaints about the rooms were no shelves or drawers for clothes or belongings; and not enough electrical outlets that would accommodate U.S. style plugs.

The Radisson is located at the heart of Odessa's main social and dining activities. The main door is slightly withdrawn from the main street which is a plus in terms of privacy. The staff are young, smiling and helpful. They all speak a functional English which came as a must as I do not speak Russian. The access to the rooms is quick and efficient and the elevator was never busy. I really recommend this hotel in Odessa.

The TV did not offer interesting English speaking TV stations from Europe.

The parking procedure is a little complicated. You have to get a piece of paper at the reception before you can enter the parking space. In the meantime, you have to find a place for your car in the crowded alleys nearby.

Staff was superb, location was prime and the building was new

At the same property / building at the ground floor some maintenance and new decorations were going on. For our bad luck it was exactly under our room 118 They started the work morning everyday with all kind of noises and sounds We had to live with that The hotel management said that section of property didn’t belong to the hotel. And they can’t control the activities of the contractors We think that they have tried their best

Great location, secure, clean and everything is new. Very friendly and helpful stuff. Breakfast was great for the price the offers. Although you are in the center and a lot of places around for breakfast, its very comfortable to breakfast in the hotel.

We booked late and paid almost 120% more than usual. But the best value option for this week in all hostels and check in my 3 hrs search.

Perfect Location, our room had a small balcony to Deribasovskaya St. which was nice. The bed and the peelows were comfee. The hotel patio is bautiful, the stuff is friendly and helpful. Looks like a brand new hotel with nice interior. We liked staying there.

There was a sence of mold in the shower.

Central location. Very clean, comfortable, modern interior looking. Very good breakfast with good variety.

No free parking available, and area is quite busy, so it’s difficult to find a spot.
