as usual - amazing staff, polite and helpful. comfy room, clean and nice. delicious breakfast with a great variety of choice for food & drinks. there's electricity generator as well so despite the horrible blackouts everything works just fine. also there's a shelter with the beds and water in case the air raid takes place

a party next door. now hotel's fault for sure, but it's annoying. (but you probably won't find a better option in Odessa anyways, so just close the window until someone calls the police and shuts the party off lol)

Mostly everything. Room great, very clean, excellent. Staff friendly and doormen great and always willing to help.

Only a couple of small things really. I felt I could have been offered an upgrade seeing as the hotel was at low capacity during the war but when I asked it was just a flat no. And the only other small thing was when I asked for a second coffee during a breakfast the girl took my dirty cup away and filled it with another coffee even though the top and died was stained. I did say something but just got a smile back so I didn’t ask for a new one (language barrier). But look overall very happy.

The "comfort" rooms are very nice, teady, clean, modern. Very lovely! They upgraded me for free after i less liked the standart room. The hotel is very high quality, good breakfast, very good location. People at reception / restaurant are very nice and welcome.

They charged me 7$ for a glass that broke. Never happened to me in all my life.

Best hotel in Odesa, everything was the top compared to other hotels. Service, food, room, location and everything we need.

Bed was not too comfortable, hotel could use better ones.

Very quiet and cozy place. No rush, no loud parties…the other guests are nice and polite, no one-night-stand couples detected. You feel safe and relaxed in there Also the breakfast is very good

A minor problem with the shower, and also it was too much heating in the hotel overall (as to me), which I couldn’t turn off in my room The air conditioner was set to +25, while it was +20 outside

I really liked my stay at Il Decameron. The staff are very friendly and the room are very stylish. They even sent a cake and champagne to my room on my birthday which was a nice surprise. The restaurant kitchen (Italian) was also very nice

The mattress was disappointing, it was not a quality one and didnt seem to fit the stylish quality image of the hotel. Also there are no real facilities - no gym etc but I knew that before I got there and there was a gym 15 minutes walk away

Staff is very nice and welcoming. They helped with all my enquiries 😇 The rooms are very spacious and cozy. Beautiful design.

The dining area was a bit cold. The TV screen is a bit small. It is not mentioned that the Sauna is at extra cost. To go to my room, I had to cross through the internal balcony which is outdoors, and to be exposed to the cold weather.

It's a beautiful property near all the major attractions. Impeccable service, clean rooms, great amenities, and tasty breakfast. I'm glad to have an oasis like this in a difficult time for Ukraine. Thanks to the staff for carrying on.
