Fabulous hotel, location couldn’t be better, attentive team The room was spacious and well equipped, I couldn’t have asked for a better hotel in Odessa for the price One remark only, if you are like me, tempted to sit at the balcony with a book or some tea, while slowly breathing the atmosphere of the city… Do mention in the initial request that you’d prefer a room with a balcony. I haven’t read the messages on the photo while booking and couldn’t get the balcony room. It hasn’t influenced the quality of my stay in a slightest though Thank you for the great service you provide🙏

Nice hotel, pleasant staff, excellent location. Wonderful balcony in the junior suite, with a wonderful view over the opera. Recommended.

Housekeeping somewhat hurried. During blackouts there is a diesel generator working, which is good. Unfortunately, you can't enjoy the balcony when it is on because of the fumes coming from it, but this is inevitable. A solution is to pick a room that faces the street, but then you miss the beautiful view over the opera.

We stayed in Palais Royale for 6 days and the stay was just perfect! Very friendly stuff, clean rooms, high quality service! Comfortable bed and all the amenities you could possibly need. And the view !!! Perfect balcony with the view to the opera theatre and a quiet garden. In general I would recommend this hotel because we spend wonderful time here and will definitely return!

Location, location, location. Outstanding. Walk out the door and it’s all there. Literally 20 steps to the opera house. Competent friendly staff. Not gushing but calm and professional. The room at back of hotel with a small balcony, table and chairs overlook a tree filled square.

No running water on arrival. Not sure how quick it was fixed but it was fixed when I came back 3 hours later. I appreciated the balconies a lot but the drone from restaurant aircon and ventilation fans was significant if you are there easily bothered The room was small for a double bed. Alone, I was fine but a coffee ? No

The room was small but just right for resting after a day of strolling in the city and relaxing on the beach. The location is great, exactly in the city center and close to the most famous sights.

I have been there the second time. My favourite Hotel in Odessa. It is close to City Center, Restaurants, Opera, Park….. I had both times a room with balcony. It is clean and safe. Friendly staff. 👍🏻

The best staff I have ever met! The people working at this hotel are very caring. Comfortable beds, great soundproofing. Excellent value for money, fantastic location.

The position of hotel is one of the best from the city is in center so provides access to numerous locations for tourism.The staff was helpful and provided very good recommendations regarding the city.

The room had problems, after I requested help with it, it was fixed in fast way, but not most qualitative one.
