This is a beautiful hotel in the heart of Odesa. It is an easy walk to fine restaurants, shopping, and the wonderful historic sites in Odesa. The hotel is modern and clean but still has some of the charm of the old boutique hotels of old Europe. There is a very safe basement for those times when invaders send drones, but I never felt uncomfortable or afraid. I will definitely use this hotel again on my next trip to Odesa. The food is delicious in the restaurant and many staff speak English to help those who are not great with Ukrainian language.

I was amazed by the elegance and resilience with which this hotel continues to run during these difficult times in Ukraine. The hotel can appropriately be described as luxurious and the customer service provided was top notch! As a guest, I really liked that the staff gave me a tour of the property during check in and made a point of showing me where the hotel's shelter was located and where the emergency exits were, in the case of an emergency. The breakfast at this hotel was delicious and the menu during lunch and dinner hours was also quite impressive. The property itself was clean and comfortable and I also liked how promptly the staff fulfilled a request for laundry during my stay. The hotel was also in a centrally located part of Odessa and several historic sites and significant attractions were all nearby.

I hope that peace will come to Ukraine soon!

I booked this hotel second times for my parents, they enjoyed there a lot. Location is comfortable. Breakfast is included in price, but my parents had to leave hotel very early, so stuff gave the food take away! It was very cute and nice, because my parents didn’t even expect this at 6 am. For me always comfortable to deal with hotel stuff, that’s because I can recommend this hotel to everyone .

I like everything, but maybe some people prefer different type of design.

Friendly lady at the check-in, we've got the bigger room with balcony for our stay. Great location with fascinating views, there are cute pets in the hotel - canary and snake, a lot of paintings and nice decor. It's close to the main central sightseeings.

It's not possible to get a pair of wine glasses in the very evening after restaurant is closed, so take a note. In our room mini-fridge wasn't turned on and the phone didn't work, but we've been able to fix both of these small problems it by ourselves.

The staff are simply excellent and wondeful people. This is a war zone yet Ana, Dmitry and Nastia are truely wonderful and professional

It was beautiful, luxurious and comfortable. Friendly staff. Shelter was in the spa area so was super comfortable snd you could sleep easily and comfortably. I stayed during the cathedral attack so I did use shelter. And it was nice it was so comfortable. Breakfast is delicious. There’s nothing to dislike. I love everything about it.

The massage they organise for me wasn’t very strong. I wish if they can organise massage to your room that they can organise a Thai massage for you or make a booking of somewhere you can have ones it can be quite difficult to call and do so if you are only English speaking. Mind you, if I pressed they probably would have helped me. With transport back to Lviv their advice wasn’t very accurate and I ended up staying an extra nights. A guest who could speak English gave me advice. The desk told me s taxi was cheaper than s train and then the taxi didn’t turn up. Mind you they did find a taxi at a fairly reasonable price if you are stuck with booked trains. :)

The breakfast is varied and there are dishes for every taste. The room is clean, the linen is fresh, it is cleaned regularly.

The noise of the air conditioner was annoying. I turned it off right away. Parking issues. I had to look for a place.

Breakfast could definitely better with more options. Coffee is great. Service is great.

Even on the hotel property, at curfew, you are told to come inside. If you are on private property and not causing a disturbance (we were quiet on the patio) you are still asked to go inside because the front desk wants to lock the door.

Amazing hotel services, very good breakfast. Perfect location, very clean rooms. I would definitely can recommend it.

Room for one person is so small I have no place for opening suitcase, and refrigerator did not produce cold.

A gem in Odessa. Classy. Magic. „You can check out anytime you like. But you can never leave“ the Eagles say. Well maybe you can leave. But chances are you really really wanna be back soon.
