Helpful staff

Facility was good at the price .. we enjoyed full time staying there specially the pool area. Breakfast was ok ok, need modification. Specially if you change menu daily it will be awesome for everyone.

The spa and souna facility was very very bad, there was no lock , also its was unisex which if not acceptable. When we went male also came , even after our refuse they not came inside and the facility person not said anything to them. It was extremely annoying so we left that place. Also in changing room lock in not there at door while charging dress anyone can open the door. That was also very very wrong thing . Also changing room and steam place is at different location so you have to walk in inappropriate cloth in front of everyone. Again not acceptable.

Very good room with amazing balcony. Staff was very helpful. Great hotel facilities like pools, gym, tennis court, and table tennis. Breakfast was good and service at the restaurant was good.

Bring your own pool towel when going to this hotel since they always "don't have any available towels at the time being". If you have leakage in towels add extra 50-100 towel it's not gonna cost that much I believe. Breakfast taste was good but with limited items and tables, however the staff there were doing their best to handle the crowdness even the manager was working in-hands, maybe covering the area of outside tables will help. Please reduce the fired items a little bit in the breakfast, not everyone like this in the morning.

We had a great time at the resort and enjoyed the pool every day, especially the kids. The room was massive and the team gave us a complimentary bed when requested. Breakfast was very good. Al Ain zoo and Jabal Hafit are nearby.

The telephone had issues as there was a lot of static noise resulting in room service team getting our order wrong. The air con in the bedroom did not work properly, in the sense that it was stuck at 17 degrees and it was very cold for us. Our ratings are not impacted by this and we are planning to visit here again.

The property is beautiful. Staff friendly and eager to help. The facility was clean. The food was tasty, though, suggesting if they could have a variety of foods to choose from, as well as to have fresh juices instead of only soft drinks. Breakfast was good as well but needed variety. The tea was cold. I know Sauna, steam, and jacuzzi are mixed. Wish they could have separately for male and female because most people are not comfortable using mixed and end up missing the chance of enjoying those facilities. All in all, our stay was amazing, and we will definitely be coming back.

Danat Al Ain Resort is a wonderful place to stay, especially for families. The reception staff, especially Faye, ensured a smooth check-in process, explaining essential details about the room and amenities. The Room allocated to us was with a huge open deck which was a great add on to us as we love such arrangement. The pools(kids and Family) are temperature controlled which is nice, the depth variations cater to all and it is monitored well by the lifeguards. The place has greenery all around, with birds chirping, creates a serene atmosphere. The resort also features a full-fledged swimming pool(though it was non functional during our stay but we were well informed by the owners), making it ideal for a family stay. The staff are very accommodating and friendly, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Sufficient parking is available within the property. Restaurants are good with variety of cuisine much applaudable is the Vegetarian food at Tanjore Restaurant. (a Smart TV is big plus specially for kids).

Some areas of improvement to be considered are :- 1) Access to Pool is very inconvenient as we have to go up and down few many times before we can actually reach there, there are other gates which can be used but have been kept locked. Kids may not be able to find their way out in case they are lost. Easy access would be much appreciated. 2) Kids play area can be improved as it is very small and useful only for kids for age of 3 to 4 years. 3) Communicating with some of the staff was difficult as English wasn't their first/second language.

It's a cozy resort ,which offers a warm welcome from the staff I felt like a heritage property kept naturally well .Those who could love nature trails ,birds music and a silent cozy stay please do come and enjoy themselves . We chose a half board option dinner was a cozy delightful spread which included Arabic as well us continental and Indian delights! Breakfast was whole some ,Al ain Green Mubazzarah ,Al ain zoo ,Al ain zoo all are nearby in 25 mins drive distance do visit these places to feel the rich Arabic heritage & legacy ...Their pool are really well maintained and all the staffs are very friendly ...pool bar 🍻 features a variety of affordable drink options ... A big thank you to all the staffs from the reception to the room service ,you all are true heros and assets to this property ,will sure visit again ☺️

He took the time to answer all our questions and offer helpful recommendations, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, our stay was wonderful, but we were a bit disappointed to find that the Olympic pool was closed during our visit. We were really looking forward to enjoying it and it would have been great to know in advance. Aside from that, everything else was fantastic, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time at the hotel Thank you for making our stay memorable

The rooms were clean, good size, view on balcony was good. the staff were very helpful and my son really enjoyed the gym as he's a Personal trainer. bar was Irish themed, good layout and it was good to sit in balcony at the bar.. we enjoyed the swimming pool, it was ashame lap pool was under matenence, which we were aware prior to booking. the hotel was very close to the border Oman, which we drove from, so nice stop over to relax.

we had to two rooms as a family of four, they were a couple of doors away. there was two double beds in each room, it would have been better if we could have booked just one room

Really liked the hotel. The staff was friendly and amicable. Special shout out to Faye at the reception who really went out of the way to sort out a glitch in our reservation. Shehan in F&B was also very friendly. The food served at dinner was delicious! Kudos to the chefs.

The hotel bathroom is in dire need of refurbishment. Some of the bathroom fittings were rusty as well. Also there was a ?restaurant manager? (Not sure who he was) who was rude to us during breakfast and asked us to finish our meal and leave because there were others waiting to be seated, even though one of us were still not done eating. Understandably it was a busy day because of the holidays, but that did not give him the right to demand us to leave, especially since some of us weren't done. If a bigger crowd was anticipated, measures shouls have been taken accordingly.
