Restaurants serve basic food, poor wine selection (1 red, 1 white). Deep frozen pizza shouldn't be allowed. Tower has awesome italian coffee, main pool restaurant serves you the leftover americano from breakfast with ice cubes and milk as ice coffee for the same price..

Staff was very friendly , location , kids water park , kids play area and staff there was also very friendly , hotel very clean , activity during day and Night life Music .

1– Swiming pool was cold coz the water temperature machine not working specially in water park and water was very cold and my baby could not using 🥺🥺i hope they fix then i can come next week . 2- Food very limited selection specially dinner i pay 240 for me and my wife we did not enjoy and pasta kitchen the close before the open buffet close by 2 hour 8:30 they close . I hope they can more improve they open buffet and more verity .

The location is perfect , the reception is beautiful and overall it’s good value for money , very clean and beautiful sea views

If they could include breakfast within its price that I paid it would’ve been 100% amazing deal Total paid 480 for a night

The breakfast was good taste , B3ach ,swimming and water park was safe and clean ,the sea view was great

The kids activities need to be better organized as it is late and also missing confimration and information. First day kids were sleepin and started so we saud the 2nd day but it was not exist unfortunately as per animation team only they did the foam wich was late at 9 pm and kids were sleeping again

Need to improve the staff communication skills, CHECK IN - All guest must be treated fairly, I experienced on check in, The reception start to process my check in, while he processed my check in and when he saw a white skin guest he kept me waiting and jumped on to them for assistance, My Check in done by a another receptionist who is very helpful as well the entire concierge team super helpful,

The breakfast cost AED 99 is overrated. Need to improve their exhaust fans in the restaurant. Need to improve the Gym Equipment. Staffs are very accommodating and friendly esp the two Filipinos at the reception, exceeded my expectations.

We absolutely loved our family room option at the hotel - two spacious standard rooms connected by a large shared hallway. We had our privacy, and our teenagers enjoyed thiers. Pools and a beach were really nice, saunas and facilities are well kept.

We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel, and while the food was good, the variety wasn't that great.

location was nice , quite and wild the beach was so nice , clean and literally swimming with fish . the room was big and confortable

I have asked for a high floor in my booking but when I reached I was given the first floor, just above the restaurant, I had to speak with the Manager for them to arrange a higher floor 2 hours after I did my check in, so I had to reallocate

* Table corners of the room are sharp and I was worried about my 1year old son to get hurt, i suggest softer corners for sake of kids visiting your hotel * There's something wrong with flooring it was getting wet and sticky all the time from humidity! Even the toilet too sticky, i wish the flooring was of better choice * The bed was not bad, but it was not as expected for a 5star hotel * The sea shore which is dedicated for the hotel, it's less clean than the one which was public, you could know it from the color, and also too many alive sea shells you walk into while entering the sea * Some decor details need more attention (for better looking as 5star hotel)
