We had a great experience at the resort. Was there for 3 nights. The Good Great location with views of the ocean. Great swimming pools with kids pool as well. My daughter totally loved it. The water is temperature controlled as well. Breakfast - Very good options and diverse options for breakfast. The staff - One of the friendliest I have experienced so far in my vacations. Super helpful. I would like to call out: Hagar - From housekeeping. Such a great gentleman. He ensured we got everything we needed in the room - Dental kit (which were not there), filled our lotion bottles, cleaned the room, pleasant chat with him learning about Egypt from him. I highly commend him. Emmanuel/Michael - Not sure if I got that name correct. He is from Cameroon but was at the pool area supporting the lifeguard and also helping with the towels. A great gentleman. Helped us with the baby, gave us towels and water. Was super nice to our daughter as well. Highly commend him. Akash from Pakistan - Gave us complimentary soft fresh juices on our first day. He ensured we had everything we needed during dinner and breakfast. He suggested some meals for our daughter that were not on the buffet as well. Very proactive and kind. Highly commend him. Ayu - Receptionist. Super welcoming!! Very patient and kind. Highly commend her. Edrissa - I could not fail to add this gentleman. Definitely left an impression on us. He was always coming to us to play with our daughter. Helped when she was crying and very kind. God bless you, Edrissa. You have a very good team at the resort, I must say. Anniversary Cake - Loved every bit of this complimentary cake. At the dessert, you must this chocolate cake - you will not have enough of it. Overall - Great experience and stay!!

What wasn’t so good Room - A few essentials were missing and we had to request for them. Specially the dental kits. Baby Crib - When we booked the stay, we requested for this. The team confirmed that they will arrange this prior to our arrival. We got there and there was no crib in the room. I reached out and asked why that was the case but got no response. Instead, the customer service agent focused on the other question regarding meals. This was disappointing.

Hotel is ideally situated for a relaxing holiday: sea, mountains, hotel park. The room was clean, spacious, well-equipped. Very comfortable bed, a nice view! Friendly staff. Amazing sunrises and sunsets! Special thanks to the staff of the restaurant-bar "DRIFT" on the seashore: there are very tasty fish dishes, a large selection of drinks. I highly recommend! It was informative and interesting: watching the fishermen when they take fish out of the water. In 5 minutes walk and a wonderful museum of retro-cars, a heritage village, a museum of coins.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The service was amazing, and the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The location was great, and the ambience added to the overall charm of our experience. The room was big and clean, I loved the view from our room. The pool was fantastic and definitely one of the highlights of our stay.

I would like to mention that the check-in process took quite a long time, which could be improved for a smoother start to guests stays. Additionally, I would suggest enhancing the dinner offerings, as the dinner we had was not up to the same standard as the rest of the experience. The breakfast, however, was fine and enjoyable.

Our second time with baby & grandparents, and this is always our top choice for Fujairah. Room is spacious, breakfast is full of options. We had birthday dinner at the beachside restaurant, the waiter is great with our baby. Great activities room for kids. Swimming pool with cabana is lovely for couples.

I wsih there is more free activities for us to do - seems all is extra charge. to include more indoor public spaces where we can lounge. There is pool table room but its limited to club lounge access, not open to everyone, that is a bummer

What a wonderful resort. We have stayed for a night and did not want to go home. The staff is so extremely helpful and they go out of their way to make your stay a memorable one. The breakfast and dinner buffet has a huge variety and eggs are made to order and brought to your table. The pool attendant always welcomes you with a big smile and has the sun loungers ready when he sees you coming towards the pool. The staff at reception and also guest services are of great service as well as the big hand for the concierge staff.

Our stay at InterContinental Fujairah was amazing from start to finish. The location is stunning, with breathtaking views of the ocean and mountains. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed. The staff were incredibly warm and attentive, making us feel truly welcome. We especially loved the delicious breakfast, relaxing pool area, and the fun kids' club that kept our little ones entertained. A perfect mix of luxury and comfort — we’ll definitely be back!

The hotel's atmosphere is very suitable for family recreation, and suitable for children. The staff was very nice and helpful, especially at Nama Restaurant. The meals were varied and delicious in general, and I would like to thank them for the kind gesture of offering free cake on a special occasion for us, as well as again upon departure.

Lots of mosquitoes during the time we were there (January), no comb or toothbrushes in the room (you have to bring your own), Also I had to carry the stroller up some stairs in the outside facilities, and there is no open, covered area. There are many large umbrellas, but they may not be sufficient to protect from the sun's rays sometimes.

the reception staff was unfriendly. The hotels seems to welcome more over one nationality guest only specifically Russians. They staffs give more attentions in welcoming them and providing them the services.
